From my fist call with Valerie to schedule my appointment, to today when I had my first visit, the friendly, happy atmosphere is very abundant. My dentist was very thorough yet gentle through the exam, and was very informative and made sure I totally understand his findings. We have a plan in place now. My worries are gone as I have great confidence in this team of professionals. The quote for my out of pocket expense is very affordable. I have heard that they are very low in terms of costs. While you will see various Doctors and assistants at each visit, I have found all to be kind, professional, and thorough. They have reviewed my chart and have good knowledge of my dental history. The front office staff of Valerie and her daughter are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Details about billing are provided promptly when needed. ¡Dónde empiezo!?! Valerie y todo el equipo me han hecho sentir como en familia. Llevo yendo aquí unos 3 años y me han hecho el *genre* "upkeep" más varios empastes incluyendo carillas frontales y no podría estar más feliz. Me encanta tenerlos tan cerca en Ballard. Entré a preguntar precios y cómo era la oficina. Era hora de cerrar. ¡VALERIE VALERIE VALERIE!! Parecía que venía al mostrador a abrazarme. He estado sin éxito buscando un dentista. No confío en muchos. Te cuento un montón de cosas que no necesitas. Solo quería una radiografía y luego seguir desde ahí. Valerie se encargó de todo por mí y luego conocí a Hannah.... Me enganché. Me dieron más tiempo. Valerie pudo programarme una radiografía para el día siguiente o así. No tengo seguro. Me ayudó a hacer un buen plan sin tener que irme a México. Espero con ganas de tener este lugar como mi nuevo dentista. Me siento bien con esto. Te mantendré al tanto.I walked in to check prices and what the office was like. It was closing time. VALERIE VALERIE VALERIE!! Mind as well come across the counter and hug me. That's what it felt like. I have been unsuccessful at searching for a dentist. I not trust many of them. I tell you a bunch of things that you don't need. I just wanted an x-ray and then to go from there. Valerie took care of everything for me and then I met Hannah.... I am hooked. I got extended. Valerie was able to schedule me an x-ray right away for the next day or so. I do not have insurance. She helped me formulate a good plan without having to take myself to Mexico.
