Personal increíble y atención dental excelente. El personal de recepción, enfermeras y doctores son todos súper geniales. Siempre han sido muy atentos y cariñosos. The reception staff, nurses and doctors are all the pretty awesome. They have always been helpful and caring. My dental cleaning, deep cleaning and fillings were all done within a short frame of time. And some sessions I only had some discomfort. Overall recommend this dental clinic to everyone. The staff was great on the phone and offered to get me in even before I was available. Once I was there Dr Chang determined very quickly that my existing veneer could be glued back in place so he cleaned both it and my tooth. I was in and out in under an hour. Llevo viniendo aquí al menos dos veces al año durante 5 años, y en casi cada cita he visto a un médico y a un higienista diferente. Por esto, cada vez que me siento en la silla tengo que volver a explicar toda mi historia dental, cosas que ya deberían estar en mi expediente y que ellos deberían estar supervisando como mis dentistas. Creo que después de 5 años necesito buscar un dentista nuevo, porque para mí la continuidad en el cuidado es importante, y siento que no la estoy recibiendo aquí. Además, la calidad de las limpiezas varía muchísimo. A veces siento que fue exhaustiva, otras veces no tanto. Todos son muy amables, pero ese no es mi problema. Simplemente estoy muy decepcionado con la falta de consistencia en el cuidado y no estoy seguro de qué se puede hacer al respecto. Me encantaría que me asignaran con el mismo higienista, o al menos con el mismo médico, cada vez, en lugar de esta "puerta giratoria" de proveedores, como dijo otro reseñador.I have been coming here at least twice a year for 5 years, and for nearly every appointment, I have seen a different doctor and different hygienist. Because of this, every time I sit in the chair I am asked to re-explain my entire dental history, things that should already be in my chart and that they should be monitoring as my dentist. I think after 5 years I need to find a new dentist, because continuity of care is important to me, and I feel like I am not getting that here. The quality of the cleanings also varies wildly. Sometimes I feel like it was thorough, other times not as thorough. Everyone is very nice, but that's not my issue. I'm just very disappointed with the inconsistency of care and not sure what can be done about it. Would love to be booked with the same hygienist, or at least same doctor, every time, instead of this "revolving door" of providers as another reviewer called it.Comentario traducidoVer original
