FANTASTIC dental office and team! I was recommended here (by a retired hygienist) and the Rappaport Dental team did NOT disappoint! To start, the office is warm and welcoming - soft lighting, good music, a coffee bar and friendly front desk staff! You can tell everyone takes pride in keeping the space top notch. They have 2 therapy dogs, so, if you get anxious about the dentist, give the sweet pups a pet to ease your nerves! Minda is my hygienist - She is an absolute doll and great at what she does. She cleaned my teeth so well and explained everything - she was gentle, yet thorough. Dr. Rappaport is a beam of sunshine and very kind - it’s easy to see this is a great practice from the top down. Looking forward to my next cleaning. I am new to the area and very picky when it comes to my providers - I am so relieved and happy to have found this team! If you are looking for a dentist in Jacksonville, look no further! 😃

My dental hygienist was amazing! She’s always so professional, friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate her! I was a little disappointed that I would’ve had to make a secondary appointment just to have the actual dentist see me. I’m not used to this. When I was working with Dr. McCall, he always made an effort to see all of his patients no matter what treatment they were getting.

This is a phenomenal dentist’s office. I used to hate and dread going to the dentist, but now it’s something I genuinely look forward to and no longer feel is a hassle. Dr. Drew is incredibly kind and friendly and is always happy to see me, answer my questions, and review any potential dental care I may need. The dental hygienist I see, Sarah, is also amazing—she’s so bubbly and positive and makes getting my teeth cleaned fun, which I never thought I’d say. The office staff are just as wonderful and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling appointments and handling billing. The waiting area and treatment rooms are always spotless and feel cozy and relaxing. This office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and my teeth are the healthiest they’ve ever been. I’m so glad I found this office and recommend it to everyone I know.

Dr. Drew and Sara were absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed to a very clean modern space, offered a cold beverage and hot towel and felt like I was at the spa! Dr. Rappaport was very friendly and made me confident in my smile again. Sara, my dental hygienist was extremely thorough with my cleaning, made sure I was comfortable at all times and made me feel like I was hanging out with my best friend. Could not recommend this office enough. Thank you Dr. Rappaport and crew!

I had a great experience here! I was taken care of quickly from the front office check in to the super knowledgeable hygienist. Dr. Drew Rappaport and his sidekick Crick took great care of me and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be done. Definitely recommend, worth the visit!
