Dr. Najmi and the entire staff are excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. While not my regular Sage Dental location, I was accommodated with an appointment just two days after my initial contact so that I could more quickly have a crown restored. The care I received was outstanding and the cost of the visit was surprisingly very low compared to what I expected.

I wish I could give this dental assistant Jennifer, 100 Stars ⭐️ she was absolutely amazing! She was very polite, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was attentive, professional, and showed genuine care throughout my visit. It really made a difference having someone so warm and reassuring. I highly recommend her she’s a great part of the team!!!

Found this place for an emergency, they seen me the very next morning. First appointment of the day, Needless to say I’ve been back multiple times. I have transferred my son there and asked my wife to start going there as well. These people have been the best dental office I’ve ever been at, Honestly. My mouth is in an awful way and they are all working so hard to get it to where I want it. I’ve never been upselled, or had my pricing changed on me during or after my visits. I’ve never been mistreated, or told to do anything that I wasn’t comfortable talking to them about and coming to a compromise or decision. They have been amazing letting me bring my son to visits. They have been good with follow ups and helping me to get where I need to be with my teeth. The office manager "Raya" I believe is her name, I’m horrible with names but she is wonderful. She explains everything down to a tee for me and is seriously so kind to us! My son and I have had a great experience with this office location and will continue to come here and encourage others to as well.

Really phenomenal experience. I was really worried coming in. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned by a dentist for the last few years. I had a great experience with all the staff Members. Sarah, Nusiba and Dr V. thank you! Chealsea the manager also made it possible for me to get an appointment set up within a good time frame. The team members were gracious and informative. They didn’t make me feel bad but rather encouraged better habits to prevent any issues with my teeth. The office is clean, staff was professional and they were very considerate about the price of everything since I’m paying out of pocket. They have a little coffee station that is perfect for the morning. This building was easy to find and the office is located right off the elevator on the 3rd floor. Thank you for everything!

I waited for over 45 minutes in the waiting room before getting up and leaving. Another patient was waiting even longer than I was. I understand that appointments get shifted and run long, but there was no communication about the wait time or when we could expect to be seen. On top of that, another patient that had just been seen gave a warning to us prior to leaving the office. The receptionist was very apologetic and polite, but the lack of both timeliness and communication was too much.

I was very satisfied with Sage Dental Town Center in 2023. I had a lot of work done and paid a lot for it. About a week ago I booked a cleaning and got messages almost every day reminding me of the appointment. They had my new insurance data. When I arrived at my appointment on time, the first disappointment occurred. The woman at the front desk was sitting in front of her computer with her back to me. After about 2 minutes she spoke to me, still sitting with her back to me. I waited about 25 minutes and then she came to me to tell me I have to pay $104. I had just talked to my health insurance the day before and they told me the cleaning was free. The employee told me they couldn’t do a cleaning without an exam beforehand. She then called the insurance company and after about 15 minutes she told me I owed $48, because the exam would only be paid for every three years. I told her I only wanted the cleaning and since this wasn’t possible, I’d go to another dentist. So there were 2 disappointments. First that she was very impolite when I came in. And second that they didn’t get information from the insurance company before I came to my appointment, so that I could cancel it beforehand.
