The Chicago Dental Studio, West Loop

I had a great first experience here! The hygienist was extremely thorough and mindful of my pain. She was very caring, which I appreciate. I will definitely continue coming here for my dental care. The front desk is kind upon entering, and the studio is extremely clean!

I had all four wisdom teeth removed more than a month ago, and the experience afterward has been extremely frustrating. Before the procedure, the clinic staff made the refund process sound simple and straightforward. They told me that once my insurance approved the claim and refunded the clinic, I would receive my refund within two weeks. The refund amount is over $1,700. My insurance confirmed that they paid the provider on May 7, 2026, yet I still have not received my refund. I’ve called the clinic multiple times and have never gotten a clear answer. The latest response I received was that they "don’t know" whether the refund was sent by check and that it could take longer to process. Longer to process… for over almost a month? I always thought insurance companies were the difficult side to deal with, but I never expected the provider itself to refuse to give a clear timeline or not even seem to make an effort to get it resolved. The lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly disappointing. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase down their own money with no clear answers.

Had a great exp getting my free invisalign consult with Dr. Bosworth, who explained everything so patiently to me tooth by tooth, and the dental assistant Katie was also really sweet and considerate throughout the process. Awesome team and excited to potentially go through the treatment here!

Dr. Bosworth and his team were so kind, considerate, and helpful when I had an unexpected issue with an old crown while visiting Chicago. They took time to explain options, figure insurance, and provide dental care given my tight schedule. If I lived in Chicago, they would definitely be my dentist of choice!

Had the BEST experience at the Chicago Dental Studio in West Loop!!! Like many, I dread visiting the dentist for routine cleanings, but my experience here was stellar (and now, my teeth are too!). From start to finish, I felt taken care of by the entire team and was highly impressed by their warmth, transparency (re: insurance pricing), and keen insights on my dental health. Who actually wants to go to the dentist? I sure don’t — but Chicago Dental Studio (West Loop, and all of the locations) have a vibe I dig. Clean, upbeat, and modern with killer tunes, spa-like touches, and best of technology. You even get to pick your amenities while you’re sitting in the comfy chair, eye masks, hydrating hand mits etc…. I’m a sucker for those glowy lights too! The staff is super friendly, sharp, and actually makes you feel at ease. Honestly, I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Others got it right: their business model is try to get as much money out of you as possible. I went in as a new patient, for routine cleaning. Of course, they had to take bitewing X-ray and that was covered by insurance. After the cleaning was done, I went out to the reception to check out with a very 'friendly' young lady, who claimed I just did full mouth X-ray, not covered by insurance and now I'd have to pay $$$. She was lying, and she knew it. They also suggested to replace a filling, and quote ahead the root canal and crown for me too. I've heard stories of seemingly normal fillings blowing up to root canal and crown. Well, seems like that's how they do it here.
