1st visit and my smile looks better already. It’s a temporary cap, but my smile is permanent. The staff were friendly and professional. They were also very patient while we waited for the last dentist I’ve visited to email over my x-rays after several request. The The dentist herself was very gentle. I am glad I found her.

I had a great experience at DentalWorks, Everyone was professional caring and nice. The staff seem to enjoy there work. Good conversations and transparency with cost. I was hesitant about visiting this place after the reviews but I decided to give them a try. The reviews I read was nothing like I experienced I had. I would recommend everyone to come to this dentist office. Looking forward to my next appointment. One more thing love the music they play very relaxing and comfortable.

Extremely professional, kind, and patient staff and doctor. I had two protruding wisdom teeth removed and everyone took their time in explaining care and working with me on payment, expectations, and aftercare. Two wisdom teeth removed in less than ten minutes with no pain!!! Highly recommend!

I chose dentalworks after seeking my longtime dentist Dr. Drain. Dr. Drain has been my dentist for over 15 years. She is honest, trustworthy, and patient. My last visit was with one of the hygienist Delana and she did a fantastic job with my cleaning. She was very detailed oriented. Likely one of the best cleanings I have had! I will continue to chose dentalworks for my dental needs. And I cannot forget Javier who is just a pleasure to speak with in any capacity!

Clinic staff are respectful and attentive, but unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about this practice. This is the only dental practice I've even been to where the dentist and dental hygienist are not in clinic on the same days, so you have to book two separate appointments (this was not at all clear when I made my first appointment). Overall least convenient and most frustrating experience I have had. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone, and there is no way to see their accurate hours online.

My overall experience at this office has been poor at best. I visited the office for the first time in April-26 to get a new crown. During my first visit I was left in the dentist chair for over an hour before the dentist came by to begin her assessment. During this appointment I received a temporary crown with a follow up appointment one month later for a permanent crown. During my next visit, to my amazement the dentist was temporally confused about which tooth had the temporary crown and started pulling on the wrong tooth to remove the temporary crown. I had to direct her to the correct tooth. The new crown eventually was not a great fit, and the dentist advised me that she would need to order a new one. The dentist appeared to be overbooked again given she would come and go every five minutes, eventually she advised her assistant to remove the to be returned crown and take x-rays. The assistant removed the crown and didn’t secure it properly and I almost swallowed it. This was the last straw for me. The next day I informed the office I didn’t feel safe or comfortable returning and would like a refund for the crown deposit. Also given that the new crown mold had not been taken yet I also wanted the insurance claim for this procedure reversed. I was informed that the dentist refused despite my concerns given the process had already started. I’m in the process of appealing the claim with my insurance company but wanted to share this horrible experience.
