I went in for a soft reline for my lower dentures. Destiny was great. She listened and answered my questions knowledgeably and patiently. Destiny added a little extra reline to make sure they lower dentures had a better fit. When I walked in the receptionist greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend the Aspen Dental south loop location. Everyone here is very nice and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience at the South Loop location from start to finish. Tasha was welcoming, helpful, and kind, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Jay took the time to patiently walk me through what to expect as a new patient, which I really appreciated. Dr. Kabila was thorough and clear when discussing my treatment plan. She broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and explained the benefits of each procedure without making it feel overwhelming. Tracey was also incredibly helpful—she went over the costs in detail and worked with me to find a monthly payment option that fit my budget. The dental assistants were attentive and made sure I understood each step during my visit, which helped ease any anxiety. Quin, the hygienist, was especially informative and explained exactly what type of cleaning I needed and why. Overall, the entire team was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth and informative as possible. I highly recommend this location!

I was pretty nervous going in, but the entire team at Aspen Dental South Loop made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked through the door. They were so patient and accommodating with my anxiety…explaining everything clearly, checking in on me often, and never making me feel rushed. Not only was the care top-notch, but they also worked with me on a fantastic payment plan that took a huge weight off my shoulders. Dr Kabila was very patient and gentle during my extractions and crown prep. I felt that all my questions were answered and my dental anxiety was eased. The entire staff put in the extra effort to make sure I was taken care of and I was seen in a timely fashion. I look forward to continuing my dental care here. Tasha and Tracy made sure all my financial obligations were thoroughly explained with no hidden costs.

Dr Kabila is awesome!!!!!!!!! She is soooo sweet and caring!!!!!!! When I had my tooth extraction, she said, "You will be fine and ok". I thank God she did my tooth extraction. The procedure was quick and painless. The dentist hygenist and other assistants are amazing as well! They are so patient, caring, and professional!!!! I highly recommend this doctor.
