I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Aspen Dental . What seemed like a legitimate dental office turned out to be a complete scam.If you value your money and your health, stay away from this place. Estoy sumamente decepcionado y frustrado con mi experiencia en Aspen Dental. Lo que parecía un consultorio dental legítimo resultó ser una estafa total. Si valora su dinero y su salud, manténgase alejado de este lugar. Solo te estafa , te dicen que tienes un gran problema y te cobran muchisimo dinero

If I could rate this place 1,000 stars, I would. I suffered from an abscess on one of my molars, it became an emergency situation. I came here and they were SO nice, very quick. The dentist that extracted my tooth was very reassuring and very sweet. He got my tooth out in under 2 minutes and I felt immediate relief. Didn’t feel any pain! They numb you VERY well in those situations. I will most definitely be back for any dental appointments in my future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I am the type of person that avoids the dentist at all costs! I will put off go into the dentist for years if it all possible. However, the staff and the doctor and everybody at Aspen dental on Arlington Ridge in Akron is amazing!! They are all super friendly they make sure that you’re comfortable, and they make sure that you understand what’s going on. 10 out of 10 would recommend Aspen.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for almost a year. A lot of those visits I have had the pleasure of having Amari assist me. She is so friendly, caring, and sweet. she answers all my questions and she makes sure I am satisfied before I leave. She makes the experience so much better Thank you Amari for your caring and kindness!

I would recommend this office to any one of my friends, families or acquaintances. I walked in with a tooth emergency. They got me 2 days later to handle the situation The staff is very caring and understanding and very gentle. Looking forward to continuing my services with this place

Facility is beautiful. The receptionist is horrible. Like no words nothing! I walk in along with 3 other people. I was coming in to have a cleaning scheduled since I would be in town for 4 more weeks. This lady turns around a sign talks to one person sends her away leaves the rest of us out here for 20mins+! NOT A WORD you hear me turns her head does whatever she is doing. Not a do you have an appointment can I help you all NOTHING!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNPLEASANT! I work as a Medical office manager in the Endoscopy Surgery Center, she could never be a receptionist in my office or any office I currently hire for. Be mindful who you hire places like the dental office already make patients nervous. But having a rude receptionist doesn't help. Hire people who actually like helping people!

The staff and the front desk ladies were so nice and sweet, even over the phone their customer service was very warm and welcoming. All my processes were very quick and I felt very comfortable throughout all of them. I also really enjoyed watching how kind the staff were to one another especially to those that were only there to shadow them. I had a really positive experience here 🙂
