Great Expressions Dental Centers - Green

I really appreciate the hospitality. Getting me back to feeling well and I'm from a different state saying this. Even the other workers walk pass and smile and greet you.As a long distance truck driver everytime I come thru Akron thus far They will always come in my mind. Thanks again Great Expression.

When I first started going to great expressions several years ago, I had some experiences that were far from exceptional. Over the past year, that has completely changed and everyone there is amazing. You can tell they all truly love their job and care about you as a patient. I recommend 100%.

This is the best dentist’s office ever. The staff is lively, funny, kind, and understanding. I love to giggle with them before and after my appointments, sometimes on the phone, too! Some people have complained about it, but I personally love the musical atmosphere. It makes it feel less like I’m being thrown in mouth prison. My boyfriend and I both have had work done here at this point, my first appointment was yesterday, he’ll have his fourth(?) appointment in two weeks, we both really enjoy it here. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes a doctor/dentist’s office that’s a little less uptight and for anyone who gets nervous at the dentist, for any multitude of reasons (unless you’re nervous about noise. The music can be rather noisy/loud, but like I said, I really enjoy that aspect of this office! To each their own). These guys and gals at Great Expressions - Green will disarm you before you know it. 🙂

I had to have my wisdom teeth out as well as another tooth to get an implant done. The entire staff were welcoming and wonderful. Special shout out to Rulla Aswad and her assistant Ebony! They were truly amazing and made the entire experience better than I could've thought possible.

Hadn't been to Great Exspressions Dental center in years. Went back for an annual check up and they are still the top notch center I remember! The receptionist is always friendly and quick to greet you! From dental assistant extraordinaire Mo all the way down to Dr Fromich, they were very organized and kept me moving. I have always had a great experience there, and I would highly recommend this office!

I was seen for a total of 2 minutes IF THAT. I overheard from the doctor who saw me "I’ll be there in a minute, this emergency shouldn’t take long at all" which instantly rubbed me the wrong way. I felt rushed and dismissed. I was told my pain was not from what I thought it was, but another tooth. Was then hit quite a few times on the issue tooth and was asked "does that hurt?" Gee I wonder if getting smacked in the mouth with a metal instrument would hurt! When I said not really I got an eye roll and then was told how I need a cleaning and that my dental disease would be cleared! Even though I’ve been told, that’s not how it would work at all. As the cherry on top, I was given the wrong paperwork entirely for another patient. The receptionist, dental assistants and other staff were lovely - but your doctor is rude and dismissive. My X-rays weren’t even gone over with me and was simply told "you need a root canal and need a cleaning, we’ll get you a referral". Which all the "referral" was is a piece of paper with a list of locations on it. Personally will not be coming back to this location, and would rather wait for an opening at the Tallmadge office where my husband went and had a WONDERFUL experience.

In my consultation the dr came in, introduced herself and did a 2-3 minute exam then left. I thought maybe she was grabbing something she forgot but she never came back. The hygienist then proceeded to tell me I would need surgery and shed be right back with the quote. No discussion, no explanation and didnt ask if I had any questions. The Dr didnt say a single word other than "hi im dr whatever". This was the most absurd and unprofessional experience I've had. Especially in a place that people can be nervous to go to or where procedures can cost a lot of money!! As noted in other reviews the music was noticeable but I didnt mind it.
