I know I’ve seen some mixed reviews on here but for my personal experience I was very happy with this place. I was experiencing some wisdom teeth pain, and I’ve been putting it off for a little while which was because I was nervous and I have anxiety. What I liked about them at first was they were able to get me in quickly because I have a travel job coming up and I needed it dealt with before I left. They were able to get me in and get my tooth extracted promptly.. I also really enjoyed the fact that when I told them I was anxious they were very sweet towards me. It made me feel better about the whole situation. Definitely will come back again if need be.

Unsure if I still have my appointment today or not. I originally had an appt for today at 10:30 for 3 wisdom teeth to be removed. I called and the call center rescheduled me for an earlier date. 20 mins before that appt I get a call that there is no surgeon that day so I need to stick to my original day but now the time is 230. That was fine. Insurance only approved the 1 tooth, I spoke with the office and today is confirmed a few days ago. Last night the call center calls saying it needs rescheduled. I called this morning the call center says the appt is broken because they need pre authorization. She’s talking about the 3 teeth not the 1. Then she says the appt needs rescheduled because my time slot is no longer available. I asked to speak with someone at the office. She gave me the same number I called that led me to her. Do I have an appointment or not? Update: the reason for my appointment being cancelled is my authorization for the tooth being removed expired in October… yet they still scheduled the appointment and had me thinking for weeks we were good to go when they could have been getting it approved again?! Now they can submit it for approval. Done dealing with these clowns. Terrible communication and customer service. Pathetic. Telling everyone I know to avoid this place

Edit: I left without being seen. My appointment time was 830am, and I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork. I was in the waiting room at 815am. I left at 9:10 after being told it would be longer. The waiting room was dirty and full. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I'm sitting in the waiting room @40 minutes past my appointment time...I was scheduled for 830am. The first slot when they opened. The waiting room is full and we're all listening to their staff meeting. They are actively talking about patients within earshot of the waiting area. This is actually ridiculous and very unprofessional. The waiting room is full.

So I decided to give a fair review. I did get there on time at 9:20 am the appointment was at 9:30 my son wasnt seen till 10:15am in that amount of time 3 people walked out 2 verbally complained loudly, and the last one stormed out. Everyone that worked there was relatively nice. the problem was how the facility functioned as a whole the ratio of pts vrs staff was crazy. I would say there was at least in 1hr 20 people shoulder to shoulder in a small waiting room. They are under staffed by a lot I would suggest renting a bigger work space, hire more dental assistants, and more front desk secretaries. The secretaries where on the phone the whole time I was there. They did not get a break it was back to back phone calls. You have a high ratio of pts you need more staff and a bigger space. Its not that the staff is not professional its micromanaging the facility along with time management that needs fixed. Also why so little ties? they put in a referral for a dental Rx up in cleveland when I asked for a closer referral they had none this was the only one they had. From my experience you should have other connections if you work in health care. My primary dentist at least has 7 referrals on standby if need be. Overall I would not recommend this facility unless you have 3 hrs to spare.

I could have looked past waiting an hour and a half past our appointment time before being called, I could have looked past not being allowed in the room with my minor child, I could have looked past them not being able to do the work they’d already scheduled me for and said would be done but instead ended up with a referral to a different dentist, but what I cannot look past and solely where the one star comes from is the stank attitudes from those clearly bothered women behind the glass window in the waiting room. From the nasty looks on their faces to the rude way they spoke to the elderly patients who needed extra help understanding. Customer service isn’t a strong suit in this place and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone needing kindness or patience. A lack of training is obvious with these women and I can absolutely see why the place is hiring.

WOW. My wife had an appointment on Wednesday and these people treated both of us so disrespectfully. They did not want to see her right from the start and tried every excuse possible to not see her that day. First they said she couldn’t be seen without her referral, so I called the referring dentist and they faxed over her referral, Next, they said her referral is for sedation we don’t do sedation and I said yes, but you do have gas, correct? She said yeah, we have gas and I said well. The gas is fine. We were well aware that they use gas and not sedation at this office. Then the woman noticed that my wife’s ID was expired and finally settled on that excuse as a reason, not to see her. She was also very disrespectful to me, snapping at me, saying I was speaking to her not you OK my wife has severe anxiety of the dentist. She wants me to be there to speak for her and to help her to hold her hand, etc. she is scared to death of the dentist, and these people did everything possible to make this a horrible experience. I know this is a corporate company, and I will be taking this to the corporate level. This was very uncalled for very disrespectful. What does it matter if an ID is expired anyhow it’s still an ID. It shows who you are. These people just did not want to see her from the very beginning for whatever reason and they use every excuse they could think of not to see her that day.
