¡Excelente experiencia en Karmo Dental! Desde el personal de recepción hasta las asistentes y la dentista misma, todos fueron increíblemente amables, acogedores y profesionales. Vine por un diente astillado y para preguntar sobre el *bonding*. La dentista se tomó su tiempo, respondió mis preguntas con detalle y me hizo sentir muy cómoda durante toda la visita. Fue honesta, compasiva, e incluso intentó ver si el seguro podía ayudar a cubrir el tratamiento, lo cual aprecié mucho. From the front desk staff to the assistants to the dentist herself, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I came in for a chipped tooth and to inquire about bonding. The dentist took her time, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. She was honest, compassionate, and even tried to see if insurance could help cover treatment, which I truly appreciated. I left feeling heard, comfortable, and grateful I found them. Hoy tuve mi primera cita a la 1:30 pm con la Dra. Natalia L. Karmo & Associates, y desde el momento en que pisé la oficina, toda la experiencia fue placentera. La oficina está extremadamente limpia, moderna y llena de detalles innovadores que realmente hacen que la visita sea más cómoda. Me encantaron especialmente los televisores en el techo para que puedas ver algo durante tu cita, ¡un detalle muy considerado! También ofrecen toallas tibias al final para tus manos y cara, lo que se sintió como un toque de nivel de spa. Incluso recibí una linda bolsa de bienvenida con regalitos. Definitivamente valió la pena la casi 1 hora de manejo que me tomó llegar. La Dra. Karmo fue un verdadero amor: muy educativa, informativa y minuciosa. Se tomó el tiempo para explicar todo con claridad y me hizo sentir segura sobre mi camino en la salud bucal. Karmo & Associates, and from the moment I stepped foot into the office, the entire experience was pleasant. The office is extremely clean, modern, and full of innovative touches that truly make the visit more comfortable. I especially loved the TVs on the ceiling so you can watch during your appointment — such a thoughtful detail! They also provide warm towels at the end for your hands and face, which felt like a spa-level touch. I even received a lovely welcome goodie bag. It was definitely worth the almost 1 hour drive that it took for me to get here. Dr. Karmo was an absolute sweetheart — very educational, informative, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about my oral health journey. Every associate I encountered, from check-in to my cleaning, was kind, professional, and welcoming. You can genuinely tell they care about their patients. Visitando desde fuera de la ciudad y tuve que hacerme una endodoncia. Absolutamente una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en una clínica dental. Personal más increíble y la oficina más bonita que he visto. Oficina de alta gama con tecnología de última generación, pero sin las tarifas de alta gama. Me trataron como a un familiar, no como a un paciente. Los detalles cuidadosos, como la toalla caliente perfumada que te ofrecen al final de la visita, elevan toda la experiencia. Beautiful high-end office with state of the art technology, but not the high-end fees. Was treated like family not like a patient. Mi esposa y yo estábamos muy nerviosos por su primer examen dental porque tiene necesidades especiales y no estábamos seguros de cómo lo manejaría en el dentista. Ella fue increíblemente paciente, conocedora y amable. La recomiendo mucho y por fin encontré al dentista permanente de mi hijo.Dr. Karmo did a great job with my son! My wife and I were very nervous about his first dental exam because he has special needs and we weren’t sure how he would handle being at the dentist. ¡La mejor experiencia con el Dr. Karmo y todo el personal que trabajó conmigo! Desde agendar la extracción de muelas del juicio, pasando por el Invisalign y luego los retenedores. Cada vez que estaba nervioso por algún procedimiento o por el Invisalign en sí, el Dr. Karmo siempre atendía mis preocupaciones y se aseguraba de que supiera qué iba a pasar y cuáles serían los siguientes pasos. From scheduling wisdom teeth removal to getting Invisalign and then retainers. Anytime I was nervous about any procedure or the Invisalign itself, Dr. Karmo always addressed my concerns and made sure I knew what was going to happen and what the next steps would be. Not once did I ever feel overlooked or ignored, and if I had any questions outside the office I could always call. Wouldn’t have wanted to go through a pretty intense change with any other staff 🙂 Everyone is super friendly and you’ll always leave smiling or laughing 🙂 I especially love the warm hand towels you get at the end of a visit!!
