The staff here is outstanding and Dr Kole-James is such a gentleman. The hygentist who did my cleaning was very professional & thorough. I highly recommend Superior Family Smiles in West Bloomfield. The clinic is spacious and modern. The location is excellent with plenty of parking. .
Don't be fooled, this is NOT Superior Family Dental! I was looking to find the Detroit Red Wings dentist office but did not realize that this office is not them. Strange someone would take almost the exact name of an already established office and not create a unique name for their own. I won't be making that mistake again.
So far so good, clean facility good doctors and a great office manager. Willing to talk about pricing and plans. I even had one of the doctors call me after a difficult tooth extraction to see how I was doing.
I recently took my son to have a consultation. And let me tell you what. Dr kole-james is a joke!!!!! Not professional to say the least! The way I witness him treating his own staff has me concerned on how he treats his own patients. I will not be returning to his practice and I advise for everyone else to do the same!!!
My experience with superior dental has been great!! the treatment plane has been put in place ..Can't wait to see the results ..the dental team is awesome!!!
