Tuve una cita aquí. Era para volver a colocar una corona que se me había caído. Esperé en la sala de espera más de una hora pasada mi hora de cita, y luego esperé en la silla del dentista otros 45 minutos. Finalmente llegó el Dr. Patel y fue extremadamente insensible. En resumen, busqué una segunda opinión y para ellos no fue problema colocármela de nuevo, y no me hicieron sentir mal por eso. Mi sugerencia es que no vayan aquí si buscan un dentista amable que trabaje CON ustedes en lugar de por su propia agenda. El Dr. Patel no tiene modales y no es educado.I had one appointment here. It was to reattach a crown that had fallen off. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time, then I waited in the dentist chair for another 45 minutes. Dr. Patel finally came in and was extremely callous. Told me he wouldn’t do it, and that I might need "insert insane amount of expensive work here". No apologies for waiting 2 hours for him to tell me he wouldn’t do it. He’s not the dentist to go to if you are insecure about your teeth at all. Long story short, I got a second opinion and it was no problem for them to put it back on, and they didn’t make me feel bad about it. My suggestion is to not go here if you want to find a nice dentist who will work with YOU rather than for their own agenda.
