Having gone to various dentists in the Bay Area over the years, I've found Dr. Eric Chen and his family to provide the most reliable, high-quality care out of all the ones I've visited. This family-operated practice truly cares about their patients and Dr. Eric Chen does not recommend unnecessary procedures as many others are known to do. Dr. Eric Chen and his father Dr. Clark Chen do both the cleaning and exams (as opposed to other offices where the hygienists do the cleaning). The family is quite accommodating when it comes to billing and insurance. Their honesty and quality care keep me coming back here and I cannot recommend them enough.
I feel very lucky to have had Dr. Eric Chen as my dentist for the last 15 years. He is intelligent, compassionate and truly loves all aspects of dentistry practice. He cares deeply for his patients and their oral health. Plan ahead! He has a busy schedule because his patients love him.
Excellent dentist, diligent and skilled, who goes above and beyond for his patients. I had an emergency tooth issue just after Dr Chen had a baby. He was on the phone helping me get an appt with the best oral surgeon he knew. Then he was checking in on me after the procedure.
Had a great first visit last month. Honest care, I will be back 🙏
