En mi vida he tenido cuatro juegos de brackets, he visto muchas oficinas de dentistas y ortodoncistas, pero esta es de primera, no tiene comparación. ¡Hasta tienen sillas de masaje en su sala de espera, área de descanso, Lol! ¿Dónde ves ese tipo de servicio al cliente? En 2021 me desmayé y me fracturé la mandíbula, ¡por eso tuve que ponerme brackets! Su oficina no es más que sonrisas y amabilidad desde el momento en que entras, y especialmente para los niños, eso es muy importante. Se ríen y bromean, ¡hasta se ríen de mis chistes! Sus personalidades, profesionalismo y servicio están por las nubes. Cuando estuve fuera por mi cirugía, me dieron una gran canasta de regalo sin esperarlo. ¡Qué clase de detalle! Nunca antes había recibido un trato así. Además, cuando me quitaron los brackets, me dieron un buen vino tinto. Les dije que prefería Crown Royal en su lugar, lol… La Dra. In my lifetime I had four sets of braces, I seen many of dentist offices and orthodontist office, but this one is top-notch second to none. They even have freaking massage chairs in their lounge, waiting area Lol. Where do you see that type of customer service. In 2021 I have fainted and fractured my jaw! So that’s why I had to get braces. Their office is nothing but smiling and friendly the moment you walk in, and for especially for kids that that’s really important! they laugh and joke around they even laugh at my jokes, They personalities, professionalism, and service are off the charts. When I was out for my surgery, they gave me a big surprise gift basket not even expecting it. What A touch of class! I never had treatment like that before. Also, when I got my braces off, they gave me a nice red wine. I told them I like Cown Royal instead lol… Dr. Jazmine Faldu and the whole staff is nothing but the best. Now I have my Filipino smile back that’s important to me! I never write reviews i’m glad I followed through and wrote this one. Por mucho la mejor experiencia que he tenido con una compañía tan dedicada como este equipo. Me hicieron sentir súper cómodo y priorizado, se aseguraron de que todas mis necesidades fueran cubiertas.
