Grant Line Smiles truly exceeded my expectations today! I went into my appointment absolutely dreading it, but Dr. Liao and her amazing assistant Gabby made the entire experience so comfortable from start to finish. Gabby immediately showed genuine concern, listened to everything I was dealing with, and made sure I was taken care of right away. Dr. Liao came in with the same kindness and professionalism, and together they made me feel so cared for. 🦷✨ Finding a dental office that truly cares about their patients is HUGE, and today definitely reminded me how important that is. Thank you ladies for making me leave as a happy client, getting everything resolved in a timely manner, and treating me so well during my appointment. Highly recommend! ✨

Dr. Liao was awesome and Dental Hygienist Lorraine is the bomb. Lorraine has been cleaning my teeth for years and I wouldn’t want anyone else for the job. I highly recommend Grant Line Smiles for all your dental needs!

To keep this brief. I went in for a cleaning and X-rays. X-rays were done. The female dentist said I needed a deep cleaning. Thank you but no thank you. I was lied to. Twice. The hygienist proceeded to tell me my insurance would only cover one of the cleaning and not both. I told her I have no interest in the deep cleaning at this time. I have other financial obligations at the moment. She left and brought the receptionist in. Who proceeded to push the iPad in my face telling me "it's not that expensive" I said again. I'm not interested. Only in the cleaning. Then the hygienist said "well your insurance won't cover the cleaning since you need a deep cleaning" they did not do the cleaning. I ended up leaving. And called my insurance. Who confirmed neither is the case. The deep cleaning is up to me. And my basic cleaning would have been covered. Really unfortunate. I had higher hopes for this place.
