Esto fue increíblemente útil y todos fueron tan maravillosos. Necesitaba que me sacaran una muela por un dolor inmenso que apareció de repente la noche anterior (¡una muela del juicio que apareció de la nada creó una úlcera, uf!). Pude conseguir una cita, venir, esperar un poco (la norma, seamos realistas, sin importar a dónde vayas, jajaja) y luego tuve una experiencia tan maravillosa e informativa con personas que me ayudaron en cada paso del camino. Desde las opciones de pago con la increíble rubia de la recepción (¡tú eres la mejor!), hasta la radiografía y el pulido de la enfermera (super tranquila y me ayudó a no estar nerviosa por la extracción, algo que nunca había hecho antes, ¡y además tiene el pelo rosado chido!), hasta el hecho de que no solo me sacaron una, sino ¡ambas! muelas del juicio (¿por qué solo me salieron dos a mis mediados de los 20, jajaja?), dos caries llenadas y la mejor limpieza que he tenido. Ahora, oye, no fue la mejor limpieza que he tenido por ser la más cómoda, sino porque no solo explicaron por qué hacían lo que hacían, sino porque el dentista hizo un trabajo súper minucioso. Estaba tan nerviosa por la extracción y fue indoloro, increíblemente rápido y hecho por un verdadero profesional. Excelente personal que se preocupa por las personas que acuden a sus servicios y sabe lo que hace. Es el dentista, ¿qué más podrías pedir?This was so incredibly helpful and everyone was so wonderful. I needed a tooth removed due to immense pain randomly appearing the night before (wisdom tooth that randomly showed up created an ulcer, oof). I was able to set an appointment, come in, wait a bit (the norm lets be real, regardless of where you go lol) and then had such a wonderful and informative experience with people that helped every step of the way. From payment options with the wonderful blonde desk lady (you rocked), to the x ray and polishing from the nurse (super chill and helped me be not nervous for the extraction which I have never done before, also cool pink hair) all the way up to getting not one but both of my wisdom teeth (why did i only have two that showed up in my mid 20’s lol) removed, two cavities filled, and the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Now mind you it wasn’t the best cleaning I’ve had due to being the most comfortable but due to people not only explaining why what was being done was being done but the dentist doing a super thorough job. I was so nervous for the extraction and it was painless, incredibly fast, and done by a real pro. Great staff who care about the people who show up for services and know what they are doing. Everybody is very friendly and very helpful. Super nice people. I went in with the tooth those broken and half to see what I could do to get it repaired. I give five stars for Customer Service. The repair wasn’t cleaned. The cavity material was just put over the top of the black stuff and on the top of the tooth. Nothing was filed down from the filling material. It’s very sharp up there on the top I was a little disappointed about that, but everybody is great. People are just expect a little bit more.

Fui un viernes por la tarde para una extracción de muela del juicio. Pude hacer una cita con una hora de antelación, pero también aceptan pacientes sin cita. Solo me facilitó las cosas poder llenar los papeles antes y me atendieron al instante. El lugar estaba limpio y profesional, entré y salí en menos de una hora. Sin costos ocultos y sin presión para hacerme el procedimiento. ¡Hasta ofrecen planes de pago, así que eso fue un plus! Me dijeron que hay un dentista diferente cada día y tuve suerte de ir un viernes: me sacaron la muela en menos de 5 minutos. Si es una emergencia, definitivamente recomiendo esto antes que esperar a ver a tu dentista regular. ¡Volveré en el futuro si es necesario! ¡¡Gracias!!I went in on a Friday afternoon for a wisdom tooth extraction. Was able to make an appointment an hour in advance but they also take walk ins. Just made it easier for me to pre fill out paper work and was taken in right away! Place was clean and professional I was in and out in less then an hour. No hidden costs and no pressure to have procedure done. They even offer payment plans so that was a plus! I was told there is a different dentist each day and I had got lucky going in on a Friday my tooth was out in less then 5 minutes. Tuve una emergencia con un diente roto y me atendieron antes del cierre, solo unas pocas horas después de llamar. Llevaba esperando una cirugía de mi dentista habitual y, en ese tiempo, un diente se me abscesó y se rompió. Ellos fueron super amables, comprensivos y transparentes en todo. Desde la recepcionista y la asistente hasta el doctor en sí, todos me hicieron sentir como si estuviera en un lugar seguro y dispuestos a ayudar. ¡Totalmente recomiendo este establecimiento!I had a broken tooth emergency and they got me in before closing just a few hours after I called ! I've been waiting on a surgery from my primary and in that time a tooth got abscessed and broken . They were super nice , understanding and transparent about everything . What was probably going to be a complicated extraction my dentist got done in 10 minutes without the tooth breaking more on the way out ! It was instant relief! After being turned away by other places due to being pregnant , I was treated as every patient should be and I am very grateful to the amazing team I had to care for me. As someone with previous dental trauma and lasting anxiety , this was truly the best place I could have chosen to call . They explained everything even during the procedure and kept checking with me on if I was doing okay . I can't say enough good things about this team . From the desk clerk and assistant to the doctor himself , they all made me feel like I was in a safe place and they were happy to help . Tienen un excelente servicio al cliente. Me trataron con respeto y amabilidad, realmente se preocupan por sus pacientes. Me extrajeron una muela y lo hicieron muy bien. De hecho, otro consultorio dental me lo recomendó para un tratamiento el mismo día. Si necesitas que te solucionen problemas dentales el mismo día y no en semanas, ven aquí. Porque resolverán tu problema con cariño.They have great customer service! I was treated with respect and with kindness, they definitely care about there patients. I had a molar extracted and they did a wonderful job. They actually were recommended to me by another dentist office for same day treatment. Primero que nada me siento mal porque no anoté el nombre del DR... estaba nerviosa y con dolor. Pero el maravilloso Dr y su equipo fueron muy profesionales, amables, comprensivos y gentiles. No esperaba que me sacaran una muela hoy pero era necesario para solucionar el problema. Tenía miedo y el Dr fue tan delicado, me explicó el procedimiento y me ayudó a ser valiente. Solo sentí presión y nada de dolor.. tal como él dijo. Solo quiero decir ¡gracias por cuidarme tan bien! ¡Especialmente durante el proceso de anestesia! ¡Ustedes son los mejores! ¡Gracias!First of all i feel bad because i didnt get the DR’s name.. i was nervous and in pain. But the wonderful Dr and his team were very professional, kind, understanding and gentle. I wasn’t expecting to have a tooth pulled today but that needed to be done to correct the problem. I was scared and the Dr was so gentle and explained the procedure and helped me be brave. I only felt pressure and no pain.. just like he said.
