Desde que no hay forma de dejar reseñas para su suciedad en Liverpool, lo pondré aquí. Cuando mi dentista de **MANY** años se retiró, este tipo compró la práctica y decidí darle una oportunidad. ¡Qué error! No solo la limpieza fue inadecuada, sino que hizo afirmaciones de que tenía varias caries y enfermedad de las encías basándose en **PHOTOS** (no rayos X) de mis dientes. ¡Otra vez, ni un solo rayo X fue hecho, ni revisó mis dientes con las herramientas, NADA! Me decía que necesitaba empastes **URGENTLY** o que pronto necesitaría un tratamiento de conducto. Afortunadamente, estaba familiarizado con una buena práctica dental, ya que iba a mi dentista anterior cada 6 meses desde la infancia y nunca tuve problemas. Saltando al futuro y encontrando una nueva práctica dental, y adivina qué, hacen rayos X y un examen completo y me dicen que tengo dientes y encías **BEAUTIFUL**, no hay ni un solo problema a la vista. When my dentist of MANY years retired, this guy bought the practice, and I decided to give him a try. What a mistake. Not only was the cleaning inadequate, but he made claims that I had several cavities and gum disease based off pictures (not x rays, PHOTOS) of my teeth?? Again, not a single x ray was done, no checking my teeth with the tools, NOTHING. He was telling me I needed fillings URGENTLY or I’d need a root canal soon. Luckily I was familiar with GOOD dental practice as I went to my prior dentist every 6 months since childhood and never had a problem. Fast forward to finding a new dental practice, and what do you know, they do x rays and a full exam and tell me I have BEAUTIFUL teeth and gums, not a single issue in sight. El personal fue amable. En especial la DA (chica blanca), pero la chica latina a veces parecía grosera. El dentista también fue genial, pero mi esposa tuvo una experiencia rara donde él dijo al azar que sufría de periodontitis y que necesitaba cirugía láser de emergencia o sus dientes se le caerían en 3 años?? Lo irónico es que su especialidad es esa cirugía en específico, así que cuando ella me lo contó, inmediatamente lo atribuí a que él intentaba vender su servicio especializado. También le dijeron que no podían hacerle la limpieza porque era inútil debido a la enfermedad. En resumen, cambiamos de dentista y ellos le dijeron que era un farol. Ella solo tiene gingivitis leve, que es reversible. Mi queja específica fue que recibí un correo de recordatorio de cita que decía que estaba programado para las 2:20 pm y llegué a las 2:15 pm. Aparentemente también me enviaron un mensaje de texto con recordatorio que decía 2:05 pm y me negaron el servicio porque llegué 10 minutos tarde según el mensaje. Extremadamente inconveniente porque había salido temprano del trabajo para esto. En vez de asumir la responsabilidad y aceptar mi visita, lo ignoraron y me hicieron pagar por su error. 🚽🚽Staff was nice. Specifically the DA (white girl) but the Latina girl came off rude at times. The dentist was cool too but my wife had a weird experience where he randomly said she suffered from periodontitis and said she needed emergency laser surgery or her teeth would be falling out within 3 years?? The irony is that their specialty is this specific surgery so when she told me this I immediately chucked it up to him trying to pitch a sale for his specialty service. They also told her that they couldn’t do her cleaning because it was pointless due to disease? Long story short, we switched dentists and they told her it was a bluff. She has minor gingivitis which is reversible. My specific qualm was that I received an appointment reminder email that said I was scheduled for 2:20pm and I showed up at 2:15pm. Apparently they sent me a text reminder as well that said 2:05pm instead and they denied me service because I was 10 minutes late according to the text. Extremely inconvenient as I had left work early for this. La higienista dental fue amable pero en general este lugar es un estafa. Ahórrate el tiempo y los esfuerzos. El doctor estaba más enfocado en qué tipo de seguro tenía. No tomando en cuenta que manejé una hora por servicios que creía que me iban a brindar según su página web. El lugar no tenía equipo nuevo, se ve viejo y descuidado. El doctor no le importó nada de los servicios que yo quería o que manejé hasta su establecimiento (grosero). Solo le importó el diente que estaba roto y lo que tendría que pagar de mi bolsillo. No le importó que yo hubiera pedido una limpieza dental o implantes dentales. Hazte un favor y ve a otro lado. Yo logré conseguir un lugar en NYC sin copago y van a hacer todo lo que pedí, con referencia para implantes dentales. ¡QUÉDATE LEJOS DE ESTE LUGAR! #EstafaThe dental hygienist was friendly but overall this place is a scam. Save your time and efforts. The doctor was more focused on what type of insurance I had. Not taking into consideration I drove an hour for services I thought would be rendered according to their website. The place had no new equipment looks old and rundown. The doctor didn’t care about none of the services I wanted or that I drove to his establishment (rude). He only only cared about the tooth that was broke and what I would need to pay out of pocket. Didn’t care I requested a teeth cleaning or dental implants. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. However, the dentist I saw was very dismissive and rushed through our consult. He simply told me that I urgently needed periodontal treatment and that no insurance would cover it. Rushed through and seemed annoyed by my questions, couldn't give me any concrete information or advice. He did give me a referral, but I left more unsure than I went in. He also entered the room with his mask down his nose - I spoke with him for less than ten minutes. Had to ask the nurse to bring him back to actually finish asking questions. Instead, they took X Rays and the dentist comes in just to tell me that I have "Perio desease" and need surgery that’ll cost me $5,000 out of pocket because my insurance won’t cover it. I politely refused and asked to schedule a cleaning and told me it’s no use, that I needed this surgery urgently or else I will start to lose all my teeth within the next 3 years. Distraught, I went yet again in search of other dentist opinion. Visited two other offices after this one and told them my story and both told me the dentist at Dental Laser was just trying to get me for my money and showed me evidence that I did NOT have perio desease. They wouldn't take his information, stating that he himself needed to call. After taking my information, I never heard back, even though I have private insurance. On the day of the appointment, we get an email telling us we need to wait in their parking lot and they will text us when they're ready.
