Absolutamente lo mejor, tuve una cita el 1/24/26 y realmente fue la mejor limpieza que he tenido. Hablar con una persona que tiene mucha obra dental. El personal fue muy cercano y atento. Hoy tuve una emergencia dental, un sábado, durante un fin de semana festivo. Nunca antes me habían atendido en esta clínica, llamé a las 10 am y para las 11 am ya estaba en su silla. ¡Solo por eso les estaré eternamente agradecido! I have never been seen by this office before, called at 10am, and was in their chair by 11am. That alone I will forever be grateful for! They got me in immediately, and took such good care of me. Every staff member was excellent at their job, and very personable and patient. I have a fear of the dentist, and I was at ease and reassured the entire time. Dr. Laura was compassionate and kind. She has a very soothing aura, and was extremely receptive to when I was feeling pain, and never pushed anything too far. I can’t say enough about the pleasant experience I had at this office. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone, especially if you are uncomfortable with the dentist office. Worse, the hygienist damaged my retainer during the procedure, and when I emailed them, I never got a reply. Me siento mal dejando una reseña negativa pero tengo que ser completamente honesto sobre mi experiencia. He estado yendo con la Dra. Laura por más de año y medio. Me he estado haciendo limpiezas/rayos X regulares por $99. No tengo seguro dental así que he estado pagando en efectivo. He gastado más de $2000 en limpiezas/exámenes, empastes y una corona aquí. I have been going to Dr Laura’s for over a year and a half. I have had been getting regular cleanings/x-rays done for $99. I do not have dental insurance so I have been paying cash. I have spent over $2000 in cleaning/exams, fillings and a crown here. In the past 18 months, I apparently get new cavities after each 6 month exam. A year ago I went in for an exam and she told me I had a cavity on my molar, so I did what I thought was the right thing to have it filled. I have never had any issues with this tooth before. During the procedure she took off a significant portion of my tooth leaving a gap between my teeth that has created new issues with inflammation and sensitivity in that area which were non-existent before. I was not expecting to lose this much of my tooth and have sensitivity issues for a simple filling. During my next cleaning and full exam (6 months later) I was told I have 3 additional cavities that would be another $800 to fill, which I skeptically decided not to get done by her. Dr. Laura was too busy to see me during this scheduled cleaning/exam so I had to leave and come back again the following week for her to actually see me. When I came back for her to complete the exam she noticed I had inflammation near my wisdom tooth, which is an issue I do deal with regularly. 2 weeks later I went back in to try and get antibiotics for that tooth and was told that she would need to take a look at it before writing a prescription. There was no mention of any additional cost. I decided to wait nearly an hour to be seen by her for her to take 5 minutes to look at and confirm that it was indeed inflamed. Even though I paid in full $99 for the exam 2 weeks prior, where she saw this issue, I was told I now owed another $150 for this additional "exam". I asked the staff if this could be waived and they consulted with Dr. Laura and they declined, claiming it was an exam. It was 5 minutes for her to simply look in my mouth; no new cleaning, x-rays or full exam. Rather than argue about something she probably wouldn’t have remembered, I payed the $150 today and will not be going back. Even after reading the bad reviews prior to going here, I decided to give a local small business a chance.
