Hola a todos - mi primera reseña dada. Llevo con el Dr. Baker más de 15 años y siempre me he sentido cómoda. El Dr. Baker es amable - un amigo mío no tenía seguro dental y le pregunté por consejo de emergencia; él llamó y me mandó mensajes a su teléfono personal para obtener más antecedentes. Incluso se ofreció a revisar la situación de mi amigo sabiendo que no tenía cobertura alguna. ¿Qué tipo de dentista hace eso? Por esta razón y por muchas otras incontables razones, le soy leal a él y a su personal. Recientemente me hicieron una limpieza con Nick - quien fue muy divertido y auténtico. Hizo una limpieza sin dolor y hablamos de comida, viajes, autos y vida. I’ve been with Dr. Baker for over 15 years and has always felt comfortable. Dr. Baker is kind - a friend of mine didn’t have dental insurance and I asked him for emergency advice; he called and texted me on his personal phone to get more background. He even offered to look at my friend’s situation knowing he didn’t have any coverage. What kind of dentist does that? For this reason and many other countless reasons, I’m loyal to him and his staff. I recently got a cleaning from Nick - who was very funny and genuine. He did a painless cleaning and we talked about food, travel, cars, and life. This was my second time with Nick and it was as fun of a time that someone could possibly have in a dental office for a cleaning 🙂 So, Dr. Baker is the real deal - Nick was great and you should definitely ask for him to do your cleaning!Comentario traducidoVer original

No lo recomiendo. Fui cliente por más de 4 años y me fui recientemente. Tengan cuidado, tienen procedimientos de facturación deficientes. Me cobraron casi $400 por una limpieza dental corta y una consulta de 5 minutos. Dos meses después recibí un mensaje exigiendo que pagara otros $248 sin ninguna explicación. Mis solicitudes previas y repetidas para estimados de costos quedaron sin respuesta. Después de mi consulta, confirmaron por escrito que anularían la factura en disputa, y unos días después recibí otro recordatorio para pagar. Las higienistas dentales generalmente son excelentes (pero hay mucha rotación). Pero el dentista siempre intenta vender más, recomendando constantemente más procedimientos (empastes, coronas) que hacer. Recientemente obtuve una segunda y tercera opinión en otras clínicas y los otros dentistas con experiencia no estuvieron de acuerdo.Don’t recommend. I was a client for 4+ years and recent left. Be warned they have deficient billing procedures. I was charged nearly $400 for a short dental clean and 5 min consult. Two months later I got a text demanded I pay another $248 with zero explanation. Prior repeated requests for fee estimates were left unanswered. After my enquiry they confirmed in writing they’d waive the disputes invoice, and a few days later I got another reminder to pay. The dental hygienists are generally great (but high turnover). But dentist always upsells, continually recommending more procedures (filling, crown) to be had. Besides regular cleaning and fillings I had one of my front teeth chipped off, Dr. Baker did excellent job fixing it, it feels and looks great. Dr. Baker and his team are remarkably professional, kind, and accommodating. They do beautiful work and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Every individual who works there is exceptional - truly head and shoulders above all others. I appreciate the results of having healthy teeth and gums. Everyone in the office is very friendly and they actually remember you. You can pick up on conversations you had from a previous appointment. El Dr. Baker y todo su personal son los mejores en el sector dental. Llevo yendo a su consulta los últimos tres años y siempre he tenido experiencias muy positivas. El examen inicial que me hicieron fue el más exhaustivo y sentí que el personal se preocupaba realmente por informarme sobre cómo mejorar el cuidado de mis dientes. Antes de ir al Dr. Baker y asociados, tenía un dentista que me dijo que tenía tres caries que necesitaban empaste. ¡Me lo dijo sin que yo hubiera tenido nunca una caries en mi vida!!! Decidí que sería bueno obtener una segunda opinión y el Dr. Baker me dijo que no tenía ninguna caries y me puso selladores en los dientes para evitar que aparecieran en el futuro. No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre el Dr. Baker y todo el personal que trabaja allí. I have been going to the office for the last 3 years and have always had the most positive experiences. The initial exam I received was the most thorough and I felt the staff really cared about letting me know about where I needed to improve taking care of my teeth. Prior to coming to Dr. Baker and associates, I had a dentist that told me I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. I was told this when I had never had a cavity in my life!!! I decided it would be good to get a second opinion and Dr. Baker let me know that I didn't have any cavities and put sealants on my teeth to prevent any from happening in the future. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Baker and all the staff working there. The two ladies at the front desk are always nice and in a good mood and make you feel really welcome and the dental hygienist makes sure every surface of every tooth is completely cleaned! I don't plan on switching dentists ever and I should also mention that it is affordable as well and from what I've heard, most dental insurance plans are accepted. Dr. Baker is on fb as well and sends electronic reminders to patients before appointments. ¡EL MEJOR DENTISTA DE TODOS! Envío a todos mis amigos, todos mis pacientes y todos mis colegas con el Dr. Baker. Es la primera vez que amo a mi dentista. Hace un trabajo excelente, todo es indoloro (¡incluso siendo pelirrojo!) y su equipo es increíble (increíble significa que son inteligentes, amables y siempre garantizan una visita sin problemas en cuanto a programación y facturación).
