My original intention was to meet with Dr. Pavinee, but she was not in the office that day, so I saw Dr. Pelli instead. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with her attitude during the appointment. She gave very short answers to my questions, didn’t explain things clearly, and didn’t seem interested in providing supportive or detailed guidance. I was hoping for a kinder and more patient-focused interaction, especially given how worried I am about my front tooth. Because of that, I honestly feel that paying $150 for the consultation was not worth it. However, I want to highlight that the front desk team and the dental assistant were excellent. They were professional, kind, and communicative. The dental assistant actually understood my situation better than the doctor and made me feel more at ease. She is very knowledgeable and very kind, she did a thorough exam on me and took time to explain all the procedures to me until I ha e no further questions. The give me the best experience ever going to the doctor to fix my teeth. The team was amazing and friendly, one took me up the elevator with her when she noticed I was unsure which floor to go. The office was really clean and organized, it’s so pretty when I heard it’s going to have a renovation it must be the best in the building.
