I have always felt able to express my concerns, anxiety or questions to them without feeling less than, and they do their best to make sure that I am comfortable (as comfortable as you can truly be at a dental visit anyway). The office is welcoming, the staff is gentle, and the treatments were thorough. I particularly loved being able to watch TV during my fillings—it really helped calm my anxiety and made the whole process much more comfortable. That said, the scheduling was a bit of a challenge. I called two months in advance to reschedule my appointment, and they told me the next available slot was six months out. They encouraged me to call back in May, so I did, but they still didn’t have openings and suggested I call back weekly until something became available. Unfortunately, I just didn’t have the time to keep calling, so I ended up making an appointment with another dentist who could see me sooner, but I'll miss them. Overall, great care once I was able to get in, but the scheduling process was frustrating and could use some improvement. After years of neglecting my teeth, I had tooth decay and many other issues. I was embarrassed! However the kindness and care of the team is amazing, they didn't make me feel bad or judged. The team fixed my dental issues and gave me tips on how to maintain good dental hygiene. I cannot thank this dental office enough, Dr. Park and everyone there for there awesome work.
