The first time was for an emergency root canal. She and the rest of the team were very efficient, gentle, and great with explaining the procedure and checking on my comfort levels. The last time was today for some front teeth fillings, and she was able to honor my cosmetic request to build on one of them a little to fill in a side gap I had developed from poor flossing habits. My smile looks SO much better. My regular hygienist who does my cleanings is so sweet and kind, that it motivates me to keep up with my flossing. I was honored to receive her praise after my cleaning yesterday. The front desk team are also a wonderful bunch. The office itself is very clean, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with hygienist Heidi, whose decades of experience were immediately apparent in the best possible way. I have significant dental anxiety, and she was calm, skilled, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. I also saw Dr. Young, whose calm demeanor instantly made me feel safe and at ease.
