Rara vez escribo reseñas, pero estoy tan constantemente impresionado por el Dr. Banner y su equipo que me sentí obligado a compartir mi experiencia. I have a fair amount of dental issues, including severe TMJ, and their care has been exceptional. The entire team is incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They take the time to explain everything before, during, and after each procedure, and they genuinely welcome questions. The overall atmosphere is just great. I never would have expected to enjoy getting a crown, but between the TV, the friendly conversation, and the skill of the staff, it’s almost relaxing to have dental work done there. He estado como paciente en Banner Dental por unos 2 años y he quedado tan contenta con todos los servicios que he recibido de ellos. Everyone in the office is so kind and it's evident they all value providing high quality dental services. In particular, I am floored by the restoration work they did on some of my trouble teeth. Last time I visited, Dr. Banner asked how I felt about the restoration work (several months had gone by) and I told him I'm still excited. And it's true! I'm still pumped by how they look. The woman who cleaned my teeth did a great job and was cautious to not use too much pressure. I went in for a basic cleaning and to finally do a crown that I had been needing for awhile. Dr. Banner really took the time to thoroughly explain everything that he was doing. The crown fits perfectly and the shading is so exact that you can't even tell it was done. Stepping into their office feels more like walking into a stylish living room, and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Everyone seems really happy and relaxed, which is a change from my previous office! Each of the exam rooms is private, and equipped with TVs. The dental assistant was super sweet, making sure I was comfortable and offered me a pillow and blanket during the treatment. The other great thing about this office is that they offer early morning, evening and Saturday appointments.
