Son muy serviciales cuando eres paciente nuevo pero después me atendieron media hora después y no se pudo hacer nada de trabajo, se enojan xq no hay tiempo…cuando yo debería ser la enojada xq dan citas q no respetan y q el trabajo lo iban a hacer en otra cita y ahora resulta q no van a hacer nada a menos que pongan anestesia general. Entonces ahora no dan opción de nada y ps como ya no están rifando su canasta q todos los niños quieren y q entras por poner buenos comentarios entonces ahora lo q es

Excelente como 100pre, la atención en recepción 10/10 los doctores y asistentes también super amables, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

We have been very happy with our experience here. Both my kids come (6 and 8) and one is neurodivergent and struggles in general at the dentist. They are extremely accommodating to his needs and comfort, prioritizing his sensory needs and his dental care. We would highly recommend coming here!

The Kids’ Dentist and Orthodontics is the best pediatric dentistry that you can take your littles to! The whole experience is tailored with kids in mind starting with the lobby that has games, toys, a surf board, and most importantly a slide! My son loves having the opportunity to play before seeing the dentist. Leilanie was so great with my son and really tried to make the experience as comfortable as possible! Dr. Misa was also amazing and I truly appreciate her patience with my son. Thank you to everyone on the team for making dental visits fun!

I want to start by saying that I absolutely love this dentist for my kids. The back staff has always been amazing, patient, and wonderful with them, which is why this experience was so disappointing for me. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately told that I no longer had dental insurance coverage. I knew my coverage was active, so I called the insurance company myself and confirmed there were no issues on their end. I then went back to the front desk to ask if there could be anything else causing the problem. I was told no, so I politely asked if they could try entering my information again. The response I received was, "I can, but it’s probably just going to say the same thing again," which came across as rude and not very customer-service oriented. After retrying, they discovered that my insurance was active after all and that the issue was simply an error entering my ID number. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was frustrating and added unnecessary stress to my visit. I do appreciate that they were still able to get me in the same day, but by the time my appointment happened, my kids were exhausted and overwhelmed from the delay and confusion. Overall, this was just one bad experience at a place we otherwise really enjoy, but it definitely affected how my day went.

Our friend recommended this location and my kids love it. Their waiting room is a dream for kids. Will keep them entertain and super helpful if you have multiple kids. Their dentist is nice and it’s fairly easy to schedule an appointment.
