I had a great experience at Epic Dental. The team is very professional, and they took the time to explain everything carefully before starting any treatment, which made me feel confident and comfortable. What I really appreciated is how well they take care of patients—not just before the procedure, but also during and after. They always make sure you feel at ease throughout the entire process. A big thank you to Dr. Kim and her assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet and kind). The front desk staff were also very friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly felt well taken care of, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have had such great experiences at Epic dental and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I have seen Dr. Koo and Dr. Ruben and they were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Larissa, the dental assistant, was so kind and attentive—she really helped ease any nerves I had and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dolly at the front desk is always warm, welcoming, and super helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch!

I’ve been to many dentists over the years, and I can honestly say this place is AMAZING. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel right at home. The entire team is welcoming, respectful, and truly caring. The front desk staff greets you by name, which adds such a personal touch. The doctors are highly experienced and take the time to explain everything step by step, making sure you feel comfortable and informed. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits, this is definitely the place to go. They create an environment where you feel at ease from start to finish.

I have been coming here for almost 20 years and they are by far the best dentist office anywhere you will find. Everyone is super nice and genuine. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. I've known Dolly for as long as I've been going there and she is the BEST!!!! Whatever question wether it's about insurance or procedures she can answer it or get you the answer soon. They ALL are great and I'm not just saying that. Whatever fears you may have about the dentist they will put you at ease. I used to be afraid but they squashed all that within my first few visits. I can go on and on but please read this review and give epic dental a chance to show you what a dentist office should be and be amazed as I was and am.

My dad is a returning patient at this location which is now Epic Dental. Our experience with the staff and Dr. Koo has been incredible. The front desk staff; Dolly and Maureen are very warm and welcoming. They’ve been great with appointment scheduling, appointment follow ups and helpful with some insurance hiccups we had. The front office staff, Dolly and Maurine, are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From check-in to scheduling, they make everything feel easy and low-stress. The Dr. Koo is soft-spoken, calm, and very reassuring, which I really appreciated during my visit. I recently had two crowns replaced, and they fit and function perfectly — comfortable right away and done with great care. Overall, this office combines excellent clinical work with a genuinely kind and attentive team. It would be a nice addition if the office offered dental hygienist appointments for routine cleanings. Highly recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EPIC DENTAL! I see Dr. Kim and he is always so polite , professional and makes sure that I’m doing okay! Dr.Kim always explains what he is doing and why, and what would be best for me! I have told all my friends and family about him and would recommend him to everyone! The staff is also excellent! The staff always is very polite, professional, and caring! What I love more than anything is the positive atmosphere in the office and you always know what your cost is going to be upfront!
