My wife and I had our teeth cleaned today… They are sparkling… Very thorough methods…cutting edge techniques ( e.g. AI for gum spacing)… friendly staff… real professionals…Almost fun to go to the dentist… In fact at the end of our visit, my wife grabbed the potted grass plant in the lobby and danced like Bad Bunny… It was Super Bowl halftime all over again… I’ve been going to Dr. Morad for 20+ years… Wouldn’t go to any other Dentist…

Top of the line. Most advanced equipment and Dr. Ghina is very cutting edge, compassionate a perfectionist and so invested in her patients. They have a new method for cleaning teeth : Guided Biofilm Therapy or EMS . Basically they brush something on your teeth and remove it with water. It is so gentle and comfortable vs scraping. Amazing ! I highly recommend this practice.

Just a planned quarterly checkup and cleaning included cancer check and X-rays. The modern equipment makes the process swift and painless. Ana works efficiently and the appointment is swift and painless. A big change from the dental visits of my youth.

The dentists are alright but the billing department is really incompetent. They gave a $0 estimate for my fillings and ended up billing the insurance incorrectly leaving me footing a hefty bill. Would avoid if you don't want to risk paying for basic treatments like fillings out of pocket even though it is covered by your insurance.

A Warning About Dr. Ghina Morad's unsafe gummy smile treatment I urge prospective patients to approach the five-star reviews with caution, as my experience with Dr. Ghina Morad was profoundly disappointing and troubling. My daughter sought treatment with Dr. Morad for a gummy smile. Her teeth were already straight, but we were assured that a "safe, non-invasive procedure" involving braces and upper-arch anchors could resolve the gummy smile in 18 months. Unfortunately, this assurance turned out to be far from the truth. From the start, red flags emerged. Dr. Morad claimed my daughter had numerous cavities requiring immediate attention, accompanied by an exorbitant treatment quote. Seeking a second opinion, we discovered she had only two minor cavities, which we treated at a much more reasonable cost. The orthodontic treatment itself was an exercise in negligence and incompetence. While all orthodontists are dentists, not all dentists are orthodontists—and Dr. Morad’s practice exemplifies why this distinction matters. The method she proposed to correct a gummy smile involved outdated and invasive techniques, including cutting the gums, placing screws as anchors, and stitching the gums closed. These procedures carried significant risks, including infection, inflammation and those anchors getting unnoticed loose, as we later discovered and she grossly failed to even consider. Critical errors compounded over time. Brackets were improperly placed, causing unintended tooth movement. Wires embedded into the gums resulted in severe gum inflammation and other complications. Within seven months, my daughter developed a crooked smile and a pronounced overbite—issues that were nonexistent before treatment began. When we raised concerns, Dr. Morad dismissed them outright. She consistently attributed these problems to my daughter’s "natural asymmetry" and deflected responsibility with statements like, "I’m good, not God." Her dismissive and condescending attitude only added to our frustration. As if the physical harm weren’t enough, Dr. Morad’s disregard for my daughter’s emotional well-being was appalling. When I expressed concerns about the toll this ordeal was taking on my daughter’s mental health, both Dr. Morad and her assistant responded with laughter. Eventually, after months of persistence, I found another professional willing to take an X-ray, which revealed that one of the anchors was loose—a clear source of the ongoing issues. This revelation only seemed to bruise Dr. Morad’s ego, as her behavior toward us became increasingly unprofessional. Appointments were canceled at the last minute, and she adopted a dismissive, arrogant attitude. Despite my efforts to address the damage caused, no other orthodontist was willing to take over the case due to its complexity. Reluctantly, we continued treatment with Dr. Morad, hoping she might repair the harm she caused. Instead, her interventions only worsened the situation, leading to further complications. After enduring 32 months of this ordeal, we lost all trust and confidence in Dr. Morad’s ability to provide competent care. I share my experience in the hope that it serves as a warning to others. My daughter’s case is a painful example of how poor judgment and negligent care from a "profesional" can have lasting consequences.
