I would like to take a moment to recognize Tanner, the front desk assistant, for the absolutely outstanding care and support he provided me. From start to finish, he ensured that I had everything I needed for my procedure and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. What truly stood out was not only his professionalism, but his genuine care. Tanner went above and beyond to assist me in navigating the financial aspects on my end, patiently helping me understand my options and making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. That level of attentiveness and compassion is rare. It is uncommon to encounter someone who excels both personally and professionally the way Tanner does. His kindness, diligence, and commitment to helping others do not go unnoticed. I sincerely hope he is acknowledged for the incredible work he does, because individuals like him are truly hard to come by. Thank you again, Tanner. I truly appreciate your assistance and care more than words can express.

New year, new insurance. Nothing extraordinary, right? We’ve been going to several doctors, we present our new cards at the time of our appointment and it gets processed right then. Not at this dental office. They said that it is their policy to have 48 hours to change the insurance information - problems with the Pony Express, maybe? Anyway, the very snippy and uncouth receptionist simply informed us that our appointment had been canceled and needed to re-schedule. Just like that, without any regard for their patient’s time or integrity. They are the boss, they are doing us a favor, in their mind. We now have to look for another dentist after years of receiving care from these.

I am writing this review on our hygienist Jerry! He always greets us with a smile, is very kind, and patient with my boys. He has a very gentle and calm voice and does an amazing job cleaning their teeth. We also love Dr. Ellis and Dr. Seymour and would highly recommend them to take care of your child's teeth. Also, the front desk is always so kind, helpful, and amazing!!! Thank you 7th and Bell Dental Team!! You truly are the best!!

My wife had unbearable pain in her mouth last night and did not know what it was from. She couldn’t sleep and Tylenol did not help with the pain. When most offices didn’t have availability, this dentist office allowed her to come in at 8:15am the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. She needed a root canal and Tanner the assistant manager went out of his way to call every single endodontics office so that she could get a same day appointment. We had called an endodontics before going into 7th and they had no availability but Tanner called that same office and convinced them to treat her!!! She got the procedure done and is feeling much better! Thank you Tanner and the staff at this office!!

We have been seeing Dr. Ellis for many years now and could not be happier. My child has special needs and he and his dental assistant Lucera have always gone above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. My child loves coming to the dentist because of them.

They provide great service when they are not busy. If the endodontist is there, expect rushed dentist staff. If possible, reshedule when they are less busy. If you must stay there, then ask as many questions and do not let them skip steps like x-rays.

Worked with this place for about a year. Tried to give them a chance but this place is like working with a Used Car Lot. They nickel and dime you to the fullest. I had a deep cleaning done and they worked on the left side of my mouth and because of scheduling (which is hard to do here) I ended up getting the right side of my teeth done MONTHS later. The hygienist that took care of me was great I'd giver 5 stars independently but the front desk staff and the Dentists themselves made me feel like I was dealing with used car sales people. Any time I was told I needed specific work done, I would always ask how much it would cost. They would do their usual thing and give you a written total. Then when you actually come in to get the work done....guess what... it COST MORE than what I was originally given a total amount for and that's not even AFTER the work has been done that's BEFORE right as you check in. This was not done once but twice here and it wasn't by just a dollar here and a dollar there. It was by a few hundred dollars. Now lets adds the feeling of being rushed when it comes to the Dentists. I understand that they make money for every appointment they do. But each time it always rushed when it comes to the Dentists. I will clarify this isn't the case with the hygienist that has been working on my teeth. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. If you like being nickel and dimed and then rushed annnnnd then having issues with scheduling then go for it. Lastly beware of their "Have you ever had a deep cleaning done?" skit seems like this is there go to.
