Tengo opiniones diferentes Por una parte fueron super amables y me dieron una atención rápida Era la primera vez que iba y me dijeron que no me cobrarían por hacerme una revisión general La muchacha que habla español y que me ayudó a traducir es una muy buena persona atenta y educada así como la médico y las que colaboraron El problema es que yo llevaba una infección y mucho dolor en una muela y no me recetaron ningún medicamento Me dijeron que lo mandarían a mi farmacia y no fue así, pasé varios días sin antibióticos y con mucho dolor ya que se atravesó fin de semana y día festivo así que aunque me atendieron no fue un trabajo completo

This place was incredible. I called first and was surprised with the honesty and transparency of the front desk girls. When I arrived, I was dealing with an emergency situation and the staff immediately made me feel comfortable, like everything was going to be ok. Avery was sweet, encouraging, and caring - all while maintaining the sense of urgency I needed. The attention to quality care was covered from the moment I called, to the moment I walked out the doors. I always appreciate effort and respect the follow through. 10 out of 10.

We had a very bad experience with Aspen Dental at this location. Appointments were extremely difficult to get, and the quality of work was poor. Both my wife and I started experiencing sensitivity issues after being treated here. What’s worse is that when problems occurred because of their own work, they wanted to charge us again to fix it. This is unacceptable. We wasted a lot of time, money, and trust. Based on our experience, I seriously question how this location is still in business with this level of service and care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Personally, I had great experience from the first phone call till the end of my visit. Managed to have appointment right next day, my problem was fixed the same day and nothing more to say. Very professional, fast and pleasant visit. Will continue using Aspen Dental in my future. Wish you all great health!

I had a great experience getting my bridge done here. The dentist did an amazing job, and the whole procedure was completely painless. I was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep in the chair. The staff was kind and professional, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

...Not very impressed with the team, they had zero personality and I spent a total of less than 5 min talking to the dentist herself who was only 85% sure (her words) that I need a root canal (which I've never had) and then said she couldnt help me. and then the team proceeded to attempt to have me pay a whopping FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to see their "preferred" endodontist that's not in network even though Valley Endo is, I had to literally ask for a referral just to get some help. I work in healthcare and I'm a bit appalled I would never. I'm not even a doctor and I spend more than 5 minutes, she had ZERO interest and I feel like she only wanted night billables... Definitely will not be returning, btw got a second opinion and no, I don't need a root canal. Glad I didn't spend 5 grand

The hygienist was very good. She was very thorough and gentle. But the dentist came in, and didn’t even introduce herself. And then she never did explain to me what she was wanting to do to me at a later date. I waited for over 30 minutes to speak with her and she was with another patient. I will never go back there.
