Pearland Signature Dentistry

As a new patient, felt comfortable from start to finish. Dentist Sarah Amidi was very friendly knowledgeable and thorough in her examination and proposed treatment plan. The support staff including receptionist, dental assistant and dental hygienist well all outstanding in their craft.

After almost 2 years of not visiting a dentist, I was pretty nervous scheduling an appointment. However, the staff here made me feel welcomed & calm. My dental hygienist Stephanie (not sure if spelled like that) was super nice & professional with her work. They took tons of x-rays & pictures which made me feel very confident into what procedure they’ll do on me. I did let them know I was pregnant , and they took extra safety measures to make me feel more comfortable & protected, I truly appreciated that a lot. Overall, I believe I have found my new dentist office, did not disappoint!!

I was very pleased with my first visit to this dentist. The staff (especially Adrena) were warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was honest and thorough, both of which I appreciate in my healthcare providers. As I told them when I left, "they are my people now!"

It was our first visit to Pearland Signature Dentistry, and although we arrived late to our appointment (my fault—I got the time wrong), the staff was incredibly understanding and still accommodated us despite being over 15 minutes late. They even waived the late fee, which I truly appreciated. Everyone we met was kind and amazing—from the front desk team to the dental hygienists and the dentist/oral surgeon. Nina, the dental hygienist, was especially gentle with my 9-year-old and took the time to patiently teach her about good oral hygiene habits. The dentist we met for the first time was also exceptionally warm and friendly. She offered clear guidance and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I’m so glad we found this place—couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I had a very disappointing experience with Pearland Signature Dental, primarily due to poor front-desk service and a lack of professionalism overall. Communication was consistently an issue. Calls were not returned despite multiple attempts, and appointments were scheduled incorrectly on the wrong days, causing unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. The front desk staff appeared disorganized and unresponsive, making even basic issues difficult to resolve. More concerning was my clinical experience. After a routine cleaning and filling, I was left with extreme tooth sensitivity that I did not have prior to treatment. I reached out multiple times seeking guidance or follow-up, but there was little to no effort to address my concerns. Additionally, the dentist provided a night guard that was improperly fitted and uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. Despite repeated calls requesting a resolution, no meaningful attempt was made to correct the issue or offer an alternative solution. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through, both administratively and clinically, left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this office to patients who value professionalism, responsiveness, and proper patient care.

Due to the weather my dentist office was closed but here they were open and able to attend my needs. My crown had fallen and Dr. Cook was able to put it back on quick with no issues. The staff was very friendly as well. Thank you Dr. Cook.

Brought my teen in for the first time. I truly appreciated how comfortable they made her feel and how informative they were to me. Excellent staff from the front to the back!! She’s excited to return back again soon!
