Great experience yet again at Willow Dental. Very friendly staff and great care and concern by Dr Bicknell. From walking through the financials to the final result the staff there was great!

best place ever! recommend coming back here again in the next future, staff was calm & nice. was able to meet the doctor that had treated me well & sat down was able to communicate and made me understand and took his time to listen to my options, i forgot his name, but thank you! appreciate it! also to his other partner, they were both able to help me, comfort me. i was scared at first, but without them giving me strength, i was able to be strong, not strong but stronger.

I was without a current dentist so when I had a filling fall out I was in a bit of a scramble. When I called, the staff at Willow Dental was very helpful and got me in quickly. Dr. Scott Bicknell was kind, informative and gentle. He is now officially my favorite dentist. I went to see him to have the filling fixed but I'm officially going there for all of my dental needs now. If anyone asks me for a recommendation, I'll be telling them Willow Dental.

I had my first visit today and everything was amazing ! Quick, simple and Ashti was so kind and considerate. I felt everyone involved cared about the patients each step of the way. Overall a great experience.

I would highly recommend willow dental. Dr Bicknell is wonderful. I have very high anxiety and he made me feel so comfortable and made me feel valued. His hygenstist named Ashti was so kind and welcoming. This was my 1st visit and I plan on coming back as they make me feel confident about getting my smile back.

My experience getting treatment and from the doctor/dentist himself was great however, the hassle I had to To deal with overpowered my good experience with treatment.. They charge my insurance twice for two root canals when I only had one. I had to call my insurance and them and figure out the whole situation. Also, my parter also went to Get work done here And is having the same issue he got charged twice and he completed paying off his remaining balance and was told by multiple front desk receptionist to ignore the remaining balance text messages he would keep getting because he did pay everything off .. Today we called and they have a completely different story saying that he hasn’t paid everything off and If he gets a refund on the second payment, he was charged. He will owe the money… When asking to speak with a manager or somebody higher up, there was no urgency at all as We have called about this issue multiple times prior… The hassle for not only me, but also my partner has been ridiculous
