I love how the workers ask how you doing when you first come in. The best dentist office I have been to even when I called to schedule appointment for a location. The receptionist was very nice and got me in three days later after I made a phone call. Give me recommendations for the best option for UMC to get work done on my teeth and then come back in two months for caps. They’re very fast at helping new patients and existing patients.

Summit dental used to be a good dentist I would recommend. It had been a little under three years since I have been back to Summit, and since that time they apparently developed a "package" system. Meaning, now they look at your teeth and determine what "package" cleaning you need. Where in the past they would just do a thorough cleaning, that was covered by insurance. They told me I needed the gingivitis cleaning package, but it would be $220 and not covered by insurance. I told the dental hygienist I was not financially expecting that, and would like to go ahead with a basic cleaning that insurance would cover but she would not do it. Like I said, in the past there was no package. You sat in your chair and they cleaned your teeth… seems like all they care about is making money over their patients wants. Will be finding somewhere new from now on.

Personally I think the staff, and dentist are great! Makes you feel right at home, offer water if you need to wait, takes their time with you not rushing, AND friendly and talkative! It’s hard to find staff that isn’t rushing and you feel truly your invading their space but this summit is very welcoming! I would recommend! Treatment and quick scheduling!

I received my six month Check up today with Dr Kreekos and his aid. I was very happy and Please with service. Dr Kreekos is an outstanding Dentist. Period he has been my dentist for over 25 years and he is very thorough and professional. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Keep it up.

I went into summit dental today to get a broken tooth fixed, the lady's at the front desk was fantastic, super helpful and sweet, the lady who saw me first took myxrays and helped calm my nerves, ps I'm terrible with needles she even held my hand to help keep me calm, dr jones was amazing she takes to me the whole time and did a fantastic job I came in and it got taken care of right away, I'm scared of doctors but this place made me feel like family, enough to where I set up an appointment to come get the rest looked at, I 100 💯 recommend coming here y'all definitely won't be disappointed, I love love love this office

Canceled my twins appointment 1 because of a scheduling reason So they rescheduled to today so we get there and they say no one confirmed there appointment.. funny fact we have screen shots of the conversation and they never asked to confirm on top of that the front desk staff was rude and argumentative to my wife about said text that was never sent. As a vetran thos place is a joke and has a rude unprofessional staff

I had an outstanding experience at this dental office. I’m 28 and have seen many dentists over the years, but this practice truly stands out. I’ve only been there twice, and I can already say I would recommend them without hesitation. The office is exceptionally clean, the environment is calm, and even the music is kept at a comfortable volume. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been genuinely friendly. During my most recent visit, I was assisted by a woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but she was exceptional. She not only completed the necessary treatment, but also took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what she was seeing, and educate me on why certain things were or weren’t an issue. I’ve had bleeding between the same two teeth for years, and every other dentist simply told me to "keep brushing and flossing." It never improved. She reviewed my X‑rays, examined the area, and discovered a small buildup that was causing my floss to irritate the gum and create a tiny lesion. She cleaned it, and the bleeding stopped immediately. For the first time in years, that issue is completely resolved. She also made the entire visit incredibly comfortable, like talking to someone I’d known for years. My first visit was just X‑rays and an exam with a different staff member, and she was just as kind and easy to talk to. Both experiences made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. This dental office has completely changed how I feel about getting dental care. Even something as simple as a cleaning feels approachable now. After years of feeling dismissed or rushed elsewhere, finding a place like this has been a breath of fresh air.
