Sienna Dental

I have been trying to find a good dental place for few years now. Upon my first visit, I had a privilege to meet an incredible dental hygienist, named Cynthia , who was loving, polite and had many years of experience . She is very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions on proper dental care. She was diligent to find the costs of various treatments I needed to have ahead of time. I enjoyed the art work on her wall, it kept me entertained. The entire staff were so polite and went above and beyond to provide the proper care.

I had a great experience at Sienna Dental! They got me in right away, which I really appreciated. I had to get a crown done, and I was honestly a little nervous, but they took amazing care of me from start to finish. They made sure I was completely numb. I didn’t feel a thing the entire time. I was comfortable throughout the whole process, and she checked on me constantly to make sure I was okay. The staff was professional, attentive, and really made me feel at ease. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

It was my son's (who is anxious about doctors and dentist) first visit to Sienna Dental. Cynthia the Hygienist made him very comfortable and took her time getting to know him and explaining what she was doing and stressing the importance of his involvement in taking care of his teeth. Dr Tao was also thorough and personalable. So far we had a good experience

My initial visit was very comprehensive. I was welcomed by their friendly staff. Dee and Cynthia were the best - professional, experienced, and patient-focused. Dr. Tao was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable in her field. I will be returning to begin my plan of treatment.

This Dental office is where you want to go! Each and every staff member are personable, helpful, and importantly - not judgmental and supportive if you’ve missed a couple years of appointments. Dr Thai is also incredibly friendly, detailed, and knowledgeable. And last and CERTAINLY not least - a VERY special shout out to Dental Hygienist Cynthia. She is excellent at what she does, and I can’t thank her enough!

This post is about Doctor VAKIL. April 16, 2026. I had a toothache so I went to Sienna dental. I had an infected tooth. The doctor pulled the tooth and then they cleaned my teeth. The hygienist went to go get the doctor so he could take a last look and OK everything. She came back and told me he had left for the day. I was in pain so I was glad to get out of there. I thought that he would call in an antibiotic since the tooth was infected. He did not call it in. I called all day Friday and no one answered the phone. I had to wait until Monday, which at that time I went to Sienna Dental. I wanted to know why no one picked up the phone and why no one called in a prescription for me. I was in a lot of pain. The only answer I got was I’m sorry. I don’t know why the dentist did not send you an anabiotic. She was embarrassed and apologize. Many times. The doctor was not in that day. This is Monday evening and my whole face is hurting. If he had sent in a prescription for antibiotics Thursday when I was there, I would be better by now. I won’t ever go back there again.

I recently joined this practice. I left a very busy and impersonal practice. Little did I know that I would be blessed with a kind, professional, knowledgeable experience. Not many can boast about a dental appointment ... I surely do. The sweet receptionist, Cynthia the amazing hygienist and Dr. Thao became 3 of my new favorite people! Just wonderful.
