Had a great experience overall. The pre-appointment assistance was very helpful and made the process smooth from the beginning. The assistant was kind, patient, and professional throughout the visit. Dr. Puri was excellent. She kept me informed at every step of the root canal procedure, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The front desk receptionist was also very warm and welcoming. Really appreciate the professionalism and care from the whole team.
