Nelson Dentistry: Jonathan Nelson, DMD

I could not be happier with my experiences st Nelson Dentistry. The staff at reception are efficient, polite and charming. My dental hygienist has been exceedingly pleasant and skilled each time, while also being very personable. And Doctor Nelson is obviously very skilled, but very honest and explains everything he thinks we should to do to care for my teeth, but also will admit if he is not familiar with a new procedure. I always feel well-informed and part of the decision-making process. I enjoy the overall friendly atmosphere at Nelson Dentistry, coupled with efficiency and competence of the staff. I can highly recommend this establishment!

The office staff and the hygienist were very pleasant. This was my 2nd appointment for a cleaning with this office. Both times after the cleaning, I waited 30 minutes to have Dr. Nelson examine me. The 2nd time I did not wait and left without an exam. I've never had this happen at my previous Dentist. I only changed to Dr. Nelson because my previous dentist was not a preferred provider with my insurance. Dr. Nelson's time management skills need a lot of improvement for me to return to his office.

I had a new patient appointment today with Dr. Nelson and his team and feel absolutely comfortably taking my kids to establish with them next week too. I have many years of experience working in the dental field myself and have pretty high expectations. The staff were all very welcoming, personable and also time efficient without cutting any corners.

They were very kind and very thorough. I was terrified to go to a dentist again after being traumatized by military dental, but these guys were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable in my own oral health. Didn’t push me to do anything or make me feel bad about the state of my teeth. They helped me lay out a plan to get into better oral health and discussed all options with me, and let me choose my own pace for the work to be done. I feel much better about going back to the dentist now thanks to them.

Overpriced. They wanted $400 for a cleaning and X-rays. I called another local dentist and was able to get in the same day for X-rays, fluoride, and a full cleaning for $275. Please go to Bagnell Dental Clinic. They have a beautiful building and treat new customers with respect and dont use them as a large payday.

I had a great experience with the entire team at Nelson Dentistry. We have the same last name but no relation... lots of Nelsons in MT! 😉 They were efficient, communicative, and really made me feel comfortable in a new space. Highly recommend!
