Big Sky Smiles and Sedation

I had my new patient appointment to establish care at Big Sky Smiles and Sedation and they were extremely professional and friendly. I worked with Erin and she made me feel comfortable and it felt like somebody I had known for a long time. She was very thorough in her questions about my dental goals and spent a lot of time with me. The office uses very modern technology and I appreciate how thorough they are in taking images and making notes of my health history. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Greeted by front desk and management with a smile and professionalism. Staff ensured all my information was good to go even before appointment by text and phone call. Their attention to detail to ensure my info was obtained prior made the process easy and prompt upon arrival. My appointment was on time and staff explained each procedure that would occur and what would happen step by step. Staff made eye contact, introduced themselves, and shook hands. Small gestures like this shows consideration, respect, and competence that made me feel at ease and confident about where I chose to take my dental care. Erin was able to explain dental treatment plan, insurance coverage, and information about how future appointments would proceed. Very happy with my first dental visit in over 5 years and a new patient to the clinic. I was quite nervous and all staff eased my anxiety and made it possible to look forward to my future appointments. Wish I could remember everyone’s name you assisted with my experience. Everyone was wonderful.

Very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable! They were kind, courteous and actively listen to address your questions and concerns. Best equipped and modern dentist office I have ever seen, capable of addressing most all needs and preventable solutions. Erin was great answering my questions and leading me through the processes. Their dental office excepts our insurance, which is also a plus. Going for cleaning in a couple of days and my husband has some work to be done, too next month. I went to Dr. Bond's office for a dental cleaning. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist Madison did a great job and was very professional. The office atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing during the short wait before my appointment. Thank you Dr. Bond for the great experience at your office and your military service to our country.

Dr. Bond gave exceptional care! He made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. All his staff, including Crystal, were very knowledgeable, comforting, and helpful.

Dr Bond, Krystal and the entire staff are amazing. The office has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone treats you like family and ensures you are as comfortable as possible. With a wide range of services, I trust Dr Bond to do any and all treatments I could need. Trips to the dentist can be uncomfortable at best, but the staff made me feel like I was among friends. I greatly appreciate their care and investment in my health as they’re helping me with a sleep device. I have sleep apnea but am unable to use a cpap. I am so excited to continue to work with them and start sleeping well. Thank you to everyone in the office for such a great appointment and experience!
