I have had a wonderful experience with O’Donnell Dentistry and would recommend anyone seeking a kind, patient, and professional office to give them a call. Tiffany answered my appointment request with authentic interest in helping me get on the schedule without delay, answering all my preliminary questions with clear and complete information. Juli checked me in and out of my appointment with a big smile and a very helpful, organized approach to the required paperwork. Debbie completed my exam and cleaning on time, thoroughly, and with a very keen attention to detail. She made sure I knew what to expect, what she was doing, and how I can maintain proper oral hygiene at home. Dr. O’Donnell came to the exam area promptly, ready to perform his necessary checks and ensure that my care plan is all set based on Debbie’s cleaning and his findings. He had a gentle, reassuring touch that would put you at ease. I am grateful to this office for being available and accessible to patients like me.

I have been a patient at this office for years. I am about to start a new job and did not have dental insurance. I had an appointment scheduled ahead of time but would occur after my dental insurance resumed. I was having an emergency and needed to be seen. I called and explained this to the receptionist and she was very nonchalant. When I asked for any suggestions on what to do she laughed and said she didn’t have any because she isn’t a professional. Clearly I was desperate for help being that I was in pain. I would have thought she would have placed me on hold to see what the professional said. Fast forward to today which is exactly a week before my appointment they call and say I can’t be seen because of Medicaid. I have never had issues with this office but I can’t believe the way I was treated being that I have been a patient here for years. Shouldn’t there be options for emergency appointments? Should’ve the receptionist be more through and empathetic. I won’t be returning here.

Ever since I have started going to this office it’s been amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s always a lovely experience! If you are questioning whether or not you should give them a try don’t question it just go! Thank you!

Wow. Upon booking I offered to share my updated insurance and they said they would get it updated when I arrived. Which I now see is a tactic to put you on the spot when they say they don't accept GUARDIAN dental insurance. I spent 20 minutes in the phone while in their office trying to figure out what the out of pocket cost would be. So frustrating. My cleaning visit would have cost over $165 out of pocket. I cancelled my appt and my husband’s. What a waste of time, energy, and gas. Be sure to double check YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE arriving.

The staff at O'Donnell Dentistry are excellent. My teeth feel like new every visit. The front desk is always helpful and handle insurance paperwork efficiently. And Dr. O'Donnell is the consummate professional - no BS. Always an good experience at O' D's.

I went in as a first-time patient, and I had a fantastic experience. Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly, and the services they performed were thorough and professional. The building and interior rooms were neat, clean, decorated nicely, and felt welcoming and warm. Will definitely visit again
