Dr.Fitzgibbons and his assistant Becca are incredible!! As someone with a massive amount of anxiety for dental work, this office is the only place I’d ever go. They are quick and efficient, and very attentive to keeping you pain and worry free. Jane is also amazing, really great team!!

I’m writing to share my recent experience with the team at Lynchburg Endodontics. Having to have a root therapy is never a welcomed or pleasant experience. However, I was extremely pleased with the level of care, and compassion shown by the entire team at Lynchburg Endodontics when I recently had to have this procedure performed and quick! Dr. Fitzgibbons D.D.S. Could not have been more pleasant but, more importantly, his chair side manner and professional approach to the procedure was comforting. I felt cared for the entire time. Jane and Kaela were informative and helpful through the entire process. Thank you Lynchburg Endodontics for taking such great care of me. My son is a dentist and he was so thankful to learn I was in such good hands.

I highly recommend Dr. Baron and his wonderful team at Lynchburg Endodontics. I recently was experiencing a lot of pain on one of my molars and Dr. Baron performed a root canal at his office. The procedure went smoothly, I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciate the world-class service.

Dr. Baron and his team are very kind and sensitive to the needs of his patients. Last year I had a root canal performed by an endodontist in Lynchburg VA. When I told him that I could feel him drilling in my tooth, he did nothing other than say that he was sorry and "sorry to tickle my toes". He continued the procedure giving me warnings x’s 2 that what he was about to do was going to hurt a lot. This endodontist should have removed the material and given me more numbing medicine. Unfortunately this experience erased all of the progress that I had made with my anxiety with dental procedures. Today I had another root canal (different tooth). I was so afraid and anxious but Dr. Baron and his team took great care of me. He tested my tooth to make sure that everything was numb. Testing the sensitivity of the tooth made me a little less anxious. I was still afraid that once he started drilling, it was going to hurt, but Dr. Baron promised that he would add more numbing meds if it hurt. I was also afraid that it would hurt during the procedure but it didn’t. I am so thankful to have had Dr. Baron perform my root canal and if I ever need another one, I will definitely return to him. Dr. Baron, you and your team (including your office staff) are definitely angels sent by God.

The Endodontist, Dr. Sean Fitzgibbons, was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure with clarity and patience. His expertise was evident—not only in the precision of his work, but in the comfort he and his team provided throughout the entire visit. What I expected to be stressful was made surprisingly smooth. The staff that worked with me deserves equal praise. Jane and Kaela at the front desk, as well as Bekah and Kinzi who worked with Dr. Fitzgibbons during my visits were kind, attentive, and organized. They worked together seamlessly, creating an atmosphere that felt calm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. From check-in to follow-up, their communication and compassion stood out. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines such high-level skill with such warm, thoughtful care. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding treatment I received and would highly recommend this endodontic team to anyone in need of specialized dental care. They are absolutely exceptional!

I’ve avoided going to the dentist for most of my life — that is, until I met Dr. Fitzgibbons and Stephanie. There simply aren’t enough words of praise in the English language to express how I feel about them. Dr. Fitzgibbons and Stephanie work together like a well-oiled machine — kind, professional, and even able to share a laugh about it just being a Tuesday. They are a highly skilled, hardworking, patient-focused, and compassionate team — a perfect example of true synergy.

Last week I learned I must have three root canals. DR. Baron and Stephanie were very caring, compassionate and took a lot of time to explain my options. Monday we started on the most difficult to treat but due to the complexity of the work, we had to stop and with an appointment today, Thursday, they completed the procedure. Dr. Baron told me what he thought I would experience and he was 100% correct. From setting up my appointments to treatment, I am 110% satisfied. Dr. Baron and his assistants are the best.
