I've been dealing with bad dental hygiene and self shame for 5 years and Dr. Carmen and all of her staff made me feel like there was nothing to feel ashamed about. Their honesty and kindness means the world to me. As I write the post I'm sobbing with a heart overflowing with gratitude for these amazing people. Words cannot describe how lucky and grateful I am to have chosen to come here for help. I had high anxiety about the affordability for the treatments that I need, but thanks to Dr. Carmen's generousity I know I'll be able to pay for my health as well as my bills due on the first. Thank you again for EVERYTHING that y'all have done for me.

Everyone was very kind and informative. They got me back in no time for initial visit X-rays and input from the oral hygienist and dentist. They were even able to get me in for a deep cleaning immediately after the initial visit. The office was very upfront about all treatment options along with their recommended add-ons and costs. While they do recommend certain add-on options, they explicitly tell you this is not necessary and do not make you feel pressured. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment on 1/13/26 for the next day (Saturday) at 8:00 am. I show up, there isn’t an employee in the building until 8:15. Still the door is locked and there is no service for me. Called twice during that time to see what might’ve happened. The first time (the customer service rep) essentially said, "i dont think anyone is on site. Maybe just wait, or knock". The second time I called, they somehow transferred me to the business just next to it (Kid’s Dentistree) and the scheduling lady said. "They are not open currently". Mind you, the front of the business says Saturday "Open from 8:00am/2:00 pm. Or by appointment) Mind you we had already waited 30 mins from 8:00 am. Absolute Joke show, no one knew what was happening. And I was transferred to another business. Never again.

My last office was for a cleaning that I had been waiting several months for. When I am taken back the hygienist tells me we are only doing the bottom teeth today and will have to reschedule for the top. Due to insurance. Upon leaving facility I request seeing Dr. Patel which I had seen and been treated by previously. Instead of the new Dr. they had me see; whom does not have good communication skills nor a very pleasant bedside manner..I was scheduled the next day. No payment was discussed I simply forgot to ask. The next morning I call to find out if I will be charged for visit and was told billing dept will call you back shortly. I never received call It appears to me this facility does not cater to your needs/wants. Only what they want you to have.

I recently visit Dr Faraj at Abbeville Dentistry, To correct dental work that was not done correctly at a different dental clinic. Dr Faraj communicated and listened to my concerns I would like to thank the doctor and Mr Z his dental assistant for an excellent job on getting my smile back.

So sweet and caring, I had my 4 year old daughter for and exam and she was so comfortable and my 1/12 year old son was EVERYWHERE and they made me feel welcome and understood as a parent that kids will be kids and he was okay being curious. I was worried my daughter would be terrified and she came out of there excited that she got to go.
