Dr. Randers has been seeing my family for years now. He is a very kind person and we love him so much! Kylie, the hygienist is also awesome. We love coming to this office! My girls grew up with a very positive experience going to Dr. Randers so they are always excited to go to the dentist. My review is long overdue! Thank you Dr. Randers for being a wonderful dentist for our family! 😉

Starting with the reception area- very welcoming & helpful! Office is clean and beautiful too! Erica was a phenomenal hygienist, very kind & thorough! She explained everything she was doing and did not rush me in and out. Dr. Randers is just as everyone describes him- genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! He was not in a hurry, spent quality time explaining options, but never tried to convince me to do something I did not need. Very impressed with him and his entire staff! So thankful I chose Dr. Randers and his staff for my dental care! Best in Lubbock!

West Texas Dental Associates got me in promptly when my bottom retainer became loose. Dr. Midkiff fixed my bottom permanent retainer for me and it’s perfect. So grateful for this dental office and for him!

Staff is super friendly. They are always very gentle with the work that they have to do. I don't have dental insurance and their prices are always very reasonable. My family and I have been using Randers for a couple of decades and think he's the best!!

I really appreciate Dr. Midkiff's conservative approach and advice. It's a privilege to have him as my dentist. I will look to him as my dentist as long as he works and I live. His perky, efficient, little blond assistant complements Dr Midkiff's service. Together they make a dental visit almost something to look forward to and enjoyable.

Awesome people, with super helpful insight, care, and advice on things I could do on my own time to improve my dental health. All while maintaining a healthy balance of fun and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend.
