Brentwood Dental Art

Extremely difficult. Receptionist hung up on me while trying to find parking after saying "just cancel & find another dentist", despite that, I went through with the appointment because I had driven a long way to get there. I was told they’d get a referral to do the work needed and get back to me within a couple weeks. It’s been 3 weeks & I’ve heard nothing. I’ve called multiple times & even left a voicemail & still no response. Then I call AGAIN, today…Leave no vm & I get a text saying they’re closed Tues & Thurs. I left a vm on Wed, they were open & got nothing. No vm & I get a text. Impossible. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Dr. Falaki, Celeste & Staff are FABULOUS 😍😍😍 Kind & understanding. Felt they were able to tell me the truth about my situation & not feel pressured to make a decision. I felt safe & respected as a Medi-Cal patient🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Fantastic office. Scheduled me smoothly and quickly same week. I was able to join the membership plan as I don’t have insurance. Costs were very reasonable and my teeth feel so good! Thank you 🙂

This was my first visit and they were very friendly and thorough. I got a cleaning, a filling, and a chipped tooth evened out in one hour. I am very happy with the service and glad to have them as my new dentist.

Super nice and friendly! They take UCSHIP and made super everything was covered by insurance before starting. Scheduling was quick and easy. Cleaning and X-rays were very thorough, staff was very considerate, and the overall experience was great.
