I get so excited when I need to get my teeth cleaned because this place is like a dental spa. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The offices (West LA and SM) were remodeled and it’s so much bigger and extremely clean. They each have their ow parking garage/lot so no paying for parking yay! You can text, call, or email them for communication. I recommend booking your next appointments ASAP because they do fill up quickly and if you’re open to being contacted for sooner appointments let them know and they’ll reach out. I really appreciate that they do this when there’s an opening instead of me having to constantly call in and check. I see Dr. Cheng and he’s impressive; he’ll let you know if you have any issues and what your next steps should be without any BS. I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months and the hygienists are top notch. They are always on schedule and do very thorough work that is unmatched. I honestly cannot recommend this dental office enough. I love them. Oh! Bonus points for having food/coffee shops by their offices. If you’re going to West LA, try the blueberry muffin from Tuscan Son. If you’re in Santa Monica, LaLaLand has a yummy latte and Prima Cantina is a short walk from the office that has the spiciest sauce I’ve ever had in my life but I have to have it.

I’ve been going to Vision Dental for over 6 years and have had a consistently great experience. The team is friendly, professional, and always on time. The office is clean and welcoming, and every visit feels smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

My son(20) had a great experience at Vision Dental. Was told he has no cavities which was great to hear. He said this was the best cleaning ever! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend!

I had my 6 month cleaning and check up today. Ariana the dental hygenist is one of the best. Dr Gonzales is as usual, kind, thorough and just an all round great dentist! I actually look forward to my visits! 🌻🌻

After searching all over the SGV/Los Angeles area for a dentist, I finally found my dental practice and I couldn’t be happier. Vision Dental is by far the cleanest dental office I’ve ever seen. The office is spacious and has such a relaxed feel the moment you walk in. I’ve never really enjoyed going to the dentist, but after coming here I actually feel confident about keeping up with my yearly checkups. The staff is amazing, super easy to work with, and my wait time to see the doctors was basically non existent. Will and Kevin were my doctors, and they made the whole process a breeze. I had all my wisdom teeth removed, and it took them less than 30 minutes. I left with minimal pain on a scale of 1–10, I’d say it was about a 3. What stood out the most was their honesty and professionalism. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything, and they were even able to work with me without insurance. After putting off the dentist for so long, I honestly regret waiting this long. Thanks again to the whole Vision Dental team you really made the process easy and stress free!

Update: Shortly after posting, the owner contacted me requesting to take this down in return for refunding my $300 consult. No wonder the other reviews are giving AI/manipulation. It appears their business model is built on draining corporate dental deductibles as quickly as possible, and when someone finds out, hoping that they can pay them to shut up. Yes, I took the refund, and yes, this review will stay, so that others don’t fall into the trap of thinking this is somewhere that can help you when you need it. The aquarium in this place is great though. "Do no harm"? More like "Do you not have Mastercard?" Original: —— Charged $300 to walk in the door and quoted $1,500 for a two-part "deep cleaning," only to then be told they wouldn’t have time to schedule it for six weeks. That seems to say it all: premium pricing first, actual care whenever convenient. The receptionist cheerfully explained that I was "lucky" to have great insurance, then immediately pointed out that the consult and cleaning would use up 90% of my deductible before I even got to the rest of the treatment. It’s hard not to come away with the impression that the pricing is built around squeezing every possible dollar through the insurance process first, and the patient second. The receptionist also made sure to let me know they don’t "negotiate." How compassionate.
