Fortson Dentistry - Lathrup Village South

My first visit to Fortson Dentistry was an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and took great care of me. The level of customer service and attention to detail was outstanding, and I truly felt valued as a patient. I appreciate how kind and knowledgeable everyone was. I look forward to returning for future services and would highly recommend Fortson Dentistry to anyone looking for quality dental care!

The best dentist office I’ve ever visited! Upon entry I was greeted and introduced to the entire team and they even remembered me from scheduling. I got in quick for a new patient appointment with my hygienist Laura and Dr. Waller. Laura is officially my dental mom! She is so gentle and nice and have my teeth shinnnyy, polished, very cutesyyy!! Literally! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 7 years and I was welcomed and not judged. I have lots of dental work that needs to be done and it is expensive… but the experience was so great that though the price is a months rent I will be paying it to see them again. Thank you!! (If any names are incorrect i apologize)

Today I had the best experience at vFortson Dental. Shelly who was a visiting dental hygienist was top notch. She made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. She was very personable, caring l, friendlyband warm and truly made you feel welcome. Anxiety level went from 10 to 0 with her. Xrays and cleaning did not take long. The front desk staff were also top notched. Very helpful in working with me for additional services needed. With this type of service I look forward to my next visit with Fortson Dental.

Dr. C. Fortson and the entire staff are absolutely outstanding. They are very professional, friendly, and kind, and they truly make every patient feel like part of their family. Their work is well above standard, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The doctor even takes charts home and studies them to make sure every procedure is done right and every patient gets the best care possible. They go out of their way to make you comfortable from the moment you walk in. Honestly, once you come to this dental office, you won’t want to go anywhere else because it would be hard not to compare other offices to this one. I rarely recommend a dentist office, but this one I highly recommend.

Dr. Waller and the team at Fortson Dentistry at the Lathrup Village Southfield are great. Everyone is knowledgeable in their field of work, from the receptionist to the person that handle the insurance to the assistants that prepare for you to see Dr. Waller once you are in the chair. Wonderful attitudes and positive vibes and Dr. Waller is the same. Professional, knowledgeable, concerning, caring and sensitive. She greets you with a beautiful smile under that mask. Thank you again Dr. Waller for time and knowledge regarding my teeth becsuse you have kept my smile beautiful.

I had dental work done today for the first time in a long time other than my regular cleanings which I highly recommend. Anyway, I was amazed at how the technology has improved! I had two crowns removed to have them remade. The care I received and the simplicity of the process was incredible. Dr Waller I have mad respect for your skills! I was actually dreading getting the work done not anymore. I was pain free and aside from the noise of the tools the process from start to finish was a piece of cake. Thank you Dr. Waller and assistant Sandy for taking such good care of me. I had planned to get my bridge replaced next year. However I will get it done as soon as we complete my crown. After this experience I have no reason to post pome it. 🤭 Respectfully, Tia Henry
