Great Customer service from the whole staff! I was definitely nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in years and this was my first appointment by myself. Everything was easy and simple and done efficiently without making me feel overwhelmed or anxious. And I was super helpful with any questions I had.

Today I had a root canal and two crowns completed. The crowns looks and feel good. The dentist took his time to explain the procedure step by step and he wasn't impatient with my questions. He made me comfortable. And I had no pain :>) . I like this new dentist, he is amazing. The office staff was cooperative and no surprises with the bill.

Disappointed with services and overcharged. I started to going to this dental office about 4 years ago. In addition to having my teeth cleaned, i had a root canal, and a dental implant. The crown cracked on the tooth where I got a root canal. The crown is less than 3 year old and I have to get replaced. I learned today from my new dentist that crown was not properly placed. Next I get an implant. I was charged $1600 for one implant. I just learned that my insurance cover 95% for implants. Shame on me for trusting them to do the right. My bill should have been a tenth of that. I am not surprised that this office is closed. I would not recommend this dental office

Went in for a cleaning. Appointment started on time, and the hygienist was very friendly and gentle with the tools. Both the hygienist and the dentist took the time to thoroughly look into areas of concern before determining any of them non-issues. The whole staff is warm and friendly.

Doctor Oscar is an amazing doctor He has helped me so many times I would highly Recommend Him and his staff He takes you through exactly what is going to happen x-rays Not to mention he is a licensed dental surgeon. My last experience he put me on Anastasia. When I woke up he was done Great experience!

I've been going to Lathrup Family Dentistry since about 1996 since I was 6 years old when Dr. Mason was still there. Since Dr. Mason left; the office hasn't been the same. My appointment was cancelled and I was told that appointments were only made on Mondays and Tuesdays and no longer for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Very very highly disappointed and I'm going to a brand new dentist office and I highly recommend you do the same. Never go to Lathrup again!
