Hola fui a una limpieza general, y fue horrible para mi y poco profesional nose como tiene 5 estrellas el no hablo conmigo no me pregunto nada solo me paso una máquina y me dijo eso es todo, tenía algunas cosas que comentarle y no me dijo nada ni pregunto nada y esa a sido la peor limpieza que me eh hecho en mi vida no volvería nunca ojalá existiera no ponerle ninguna estrellita

I was recommended this dentist office so I went to try it out. After, telling me what work I needed done they said they would reach out to my insurance. Office never contacted me back. I called 2 weeks later for an update and they acted clueless at first than said my insurance never contacted them back. Mind you before calling I reached out to my insurance first and no paper work was never submitted. I was told they would look into it with billing and contact me back. I haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional. Fast forward, I found another dentist who has already got my approval to work on my tooth immediately. So much wasted time going to them.

Don’t know what all the negative reviews are about, I’ve had nothing but kind service from everyone. The doctor is great and I can tell very skilled compared to all the other dentists I’ve had over the years he’s in top 5 for sure. I sometimes would want the gas for the shots but he’s so good you barely feel it. Only issue I’d say was maybe a little misunderstanding that was no big deal and I think a new worker was learning how to do x rays and bumped the machine on to me by accident which was an honest mistake. Still 5 star review for me….which I don’t give often.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Meena Yousuf. I went there for a routine dental cleaning, but the procedure was done very roughly. My gums started bleeding during the cleaning and the bleeding continued for almost two days, which was very painful and concerning. The X-ray procedure was also not handled properly. While taking the X-ray, the area under my tongue and my gums started bleeding and later became swollen. It made me feel that the equipment or the way it was used was not appropriate. Another major concern was the hygiene of the clinic. Some staff members had a strong unpleasant odor, which made the experience very uncomfortable. It also appeared that the dental tools and equipment were not properly sanitized, which is very worrying in a medical setting. Overall, my experience was very poor. Because of the rough treatment, hygiene concerns, and unprofessional environment, I would not recommend this clinic.And i am not even going back

Highly recommend Dr. Mina Youssef my son has being coming to see Dr. Mina for over 2 years very good dentist and kind that really care about his patients and his dental office employees are very kind and caring.

Very disappointing experience. My husband had a cavity treated here, but the tooth continued to hurt and the filling fell out within a month. We had to have the work redone by another dentist, out of pocket and without insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this clinic.
