Un mal servicio al cliente nada gran falta de ética para tratar al paciente no digo los doctores la recepción y los ayudantes son horribles no vuelvo más a este lugar primera y última vez mi limpieza fue muy dolorosa fue una experiencia horrible

2/12/2026 I had an appointment with Dr. Viktor Sulovari scheduled for 11:30 AM. The initial check-in and X-rays went smoothly, but the wait afterward was nearly two hours. From what I’ve seen in the reviews, not respecting appointment times seems to be a common theme at this office. What bothered me most was the lack of communication — I would’ve appreciated if someone had simply given me an ETA or updated me on the delay. Instead, I was left waiting and making eye contact with the front desk, unsure of when the great Sulovari would finally see me. When I finally expressed my disappointment, I was told the doctor was ready to see me — but after being seated in the exam table, I waited another ten minutes while he continued working on another patient. At that point, I decided to leave. It honestly felt like a waste of time, and I couldn’t help but think that if any of the staff were treated the same way, they’d be just as frustrated. I understand that delays happen, but clear communication goes a long way. It was clearly my mistake for clinging on to hope that I would see the doctor at last lol - this was for a cleaning too. Anyways, choose your dental office wisely 😁✌️

Dr.Garcia is A1!! I've been going to her since I was a kid.. Her hands are gentle and shes so considerate about your comfort.. i now bring my autistic kid to her and shes great with her! Love her!

if there was a rating lower then a star i would have picked it. Work place you can ever go to. i have been with this office ever since i came to the U.S since 2010 and was seen by Dr.Ray the best doctor you can ever seen. although the staff in the front were rude and terrible i still bent because she was the best doctor that cares for her patients and goes out of her way to help you. unfortunately she left and the office became terrible. rude staff don't know what they are doing, nasty attitude and so much more. A recently situation happened where my mom was referred somewhere else to get work done the doctor referred her for the wrong tooth and i had called them to tell them so and they answered and said " doctor has over 30 years of experiences can't tell her what her job is". excuse you? if you have so much experiences what happened? Therefore they told us that my mom isn't welcomed anymore to the office because i said "y'all referred for the wrong tooth". Later on my family still got seen and now they cancelled all our future appt and said " you and your family are not welcomed here anymore" for what? what the rest do? worst office to go to and the worst place you can deal with and you come for help they treat like garbage as if you are begging them to get help you need.

My appointment is 10:30AM and now almost 12PM, they got me wait for 1 hour in waiting area and 20 minutes more in the room. Terrible service. Please don’t come to this location. My last visit here

I had an appointment at 11:00 am and I arrived little early around 10:30 now it’s 11:25 and I’m the only one here, not being seen or called. I talked to the girl on the front and she was sooo rude "sir you have to wait until they call you. What kind of customer service is that. I have been coming here for 15 years and every year they get even worse
