This is a terrible place to go , the dentist was do so much rude, no privacy is practiced, my second visit was a nightmare. I went with my whole family to my disappointment I was told that they have been trying to reach me on my cell phone but when I asked the gentleman to tell me which number he was trying to reach me on he gave me a total strange number. My husband and one of the kids services was horribly done . In had to work out of the place angry. If I ar can find it here at Beacon family dental. e name and service they po ro ide is not commensurate. Be advice. looking a better service I doubt this

This dental office texted me an appointment and I confirmed the appointment via text. When I arrived and was sitting in the dentist chair and was told there was a mixup in the schedule and they can not offer me any care at the moment. I would need to schedule a new appointment. Complete incompetence. The office look like someone’s old outdated apartment. 👎🏻

Dentist was nosy and intrusive. Wanted to know personal information about me that had nothing to do with my oral health. She also thought it was funny to joke to me about a patient she had who was apparently suffering from drug addiction. Fake and judgmental. I was given another appointment for a cavity filling and when I showed up (5 minutes early) they were closed.

Excellent Dentist, perfectly willing to give lots of detail about what you're paying for and why they think it should happen. Excellent discount price on implants, but are perfectly willing to talk options through with you.

Where the heck do I begin? Lol The Place looked like a small apartment, but I wasn’t trying to assume anything and gave it a whirl. Dental assistant was sassy and impatient (impatience part was told to me by my child). However, during my cleaning she was asking me if I was ok which was cool, I guess, but she was rough in cleaning and flossing. The dentist is fast-talking and asked me my age which had nothing to do with my teeth. If anything, she could have just assessed the papers I filled out to show some organization and professionalism. She told me I had a cavity and that my child had to see a different dentist for teeth extraction. She said I should take him to specialist to extract the baby teeth and began talking about doctors and how I shouldn’t bug them and breathe down their necks when I go see them??? Lmaoo, man I was in shock. When I asked her to clarify that she wouldn’t be extracting my child’s teeth, she then said yes, we will see if the insurance authorizes it (a little backtrack…I called a week before the appointment. A female there told me they weren’t taking any appointments with my insurance, and after re-calling a week after that, a male told me they are? So I booked it.…Hmmm. Realizing in retrospect they probably just decided "what-the-heck" and wanted to bill my insurance for cleaning and X-rays when they couldn’t even perform what was needed or even make an appointment for it). Honestly , we wasted our time there. Also, my child is 14 and every other dentist I went to, I was able to (even HAD to) remain in the room with my child for cleaning, etc being that my child is a minor. Not once was I told to go in with my child. Very, unethical, inconsistent, unorganized, and money hungry facility. Why did I stay for the visit? After I realized we’d only be getting our teeth cleaned, I was like f*** it. I’m glad she didn’t do anything else at the end of the day because I’m sure I would have regretted it! Never going to this place again lol.
