Maples Dental (Dr. Maples)

Lisa, the hygienist, was amazing. She not only was gentle and through, but she educated me on the condition of my dental health. Dr Andy was fantastic. Give me a few suggestions on my TMJ but never pressured me into buying a night guard. I truly believe they are more interested in taking great care of the patient's dental health then their bottom line, in up selling, as so many dental offices do. Honest and caring!!! Great combination!.

This practice is amazing! Both Dr Brian and Dr Andy truly care about their patients. The whole office staff are personable and compassionate. And importantly their billing is on point. I’m not a dental fan and they always put me at ease. More my fears than them, they’ve never caused pain! Very gentle! Lisa is the best hygienist! She too is very gentle. Never a hard sell or recommendation to do something you don’t need. I love this group!

I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received at Maples Dental. I used to feel anxious about visiting the dentist, but that’s no longer the case. Dr. Andy and Lisa took the time to walk me through every step, and my teeth have never looked better. Their genuine care for patients and commitment to our best interests truly stand out. On top of that, Julie stopped by during my last two appointments, and her kindness absolutely made my day. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and kind too. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

I will never go to another dentist if I can help it. Dr Brian is the kindest, most gentle, most thorough dentist I've ever seen and the rest of the staff all around is just as amazing. The culture there is so calming and good. I can't recommend these folks enough.

The best dental appointment I have ever had! Every single staff member was so kind and attentive. I feel so lucky to have found this office with people who truly care and look forward to every appointment to come. Thank you for all that you do!

My appointment on Wed. began amid confusion. The hygienist said I need x-rays, but I was in to have the rough edge of a lower front tooth smoothed (covered?). Knowing that insurance won't pay for unnecessary x-rays, I insisted she check when I last had x-rays; she said Oct. 2024, so I agreed to the x-rays. Then she said she would begin my cleaning, and I responded that I had just had a cleaning. However, I said that I had a new problem to report, which I did (a crown had dislodged from a molar). After much confusion (and several conversations with others in the office), the young woman at the front desk came back to apologize that when I had rescheduled my appoint, it had been rescheduled incorrectly. Consequently, no one was available to deal with the rough edge on my lower front tooth. A hygenist temporarily glued my crown back in place and a new appointment was created. It was a good thing that I questioned what was going on with the initial hygenist (and , BTW, she was absolutely insistent that what she was doing was correct).

Andy and Brian Maples are excellent dentists!! I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past but NEVER with the Maples. Their compassion extends to their staff. Maples Dental is an excellent friendly and understanding practice. Thank you! CB and JD
