Moving to a new city usually means a long, stressful search for reliable healthcare, but finding Higgins Dental has made the transition much smoother. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking walking into a new clinic for the first time, but the atmosphere here is incredibly welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. The team is professional, kind, and most importantly completely transparent. During my visit for my initial examination and X-rays, I really appreciated how they walked me through the process without any pressure; there was absolutely no upselling or pushing for unnecessary treatments, which is a breath of fresh air. The quality of care and the clear communication I’ve experienced so far give me a lot of confidence in their work. If you are new to the area and looking for a dentist who is honest and makes the patient experience a priority, this is definitely the spot. I’m actually looking forward to my future appointments!

We love this dentist office! On time, proficient & caring. The hygenist (dawn) is wonderful & has provided helpful tips like the use of a water pik or gum stimulator. Both dr Higgins & dr white are gentle & caring (especially of you have dental anxiety)! Our family has been coming here for well over 15 years!

Dr. White and Glorden were so wonderful. I am from out of town and had dental urgency. They got me in the same day and took care of me quite quickly. They were very gentle and informative. I am so happy I was able to get an appointment with them. I feel like it is very unusual to get a same day as one calls appointment, but with them I did. EVERYONE was so nice. If I lived in Jacksonville I would go to them 100%!! If I could give them more than 5 Stars!!!

This is the best dentist we've ever been to. They're efficient and thorough and I've never felt like they try to sell me on anything that I don't need to do for my dental health. I highly recommend this dentist office. The dental hygienists are amazing and so friendly!

I love going to my dentist. They are always polite always on time they treat you like you are family all the time the same lady does my cleaning and everything and she is wonderful and has a sense of humor. When you appointment time you get there they put you right in. Everyone is friendly, the doctors friendly you feel like you would family well I feel like I’m in family I’m there they don’t try to push you to do anything they just tell you what day what the opinion is what you should have done but they don’t push you towards it they just throw it out down the page

I have been going to Higgins and white dentistry since 2015, when we relocated to Florida. They have always been professional, thorough, kind, and caring! I have needed tons of dental work, and they have done a marvelous job! I hate going to the dentist however, if you need a dentist they are the ones to go to. Their staff is wonderful as well.
