Front office was wonderful. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Jessie who is Dr. Wilbur’s assistant does such a good job. Dr Wilbur was very kind, gentle and is an all around easy to talk to excellent dentist. She takes her time with you and doesn’t rush. Our entire family uses Aspen and are very happy. Chloe the office manager was great too! I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

My daughter had a sports related tooth injury on a Saturday afternoon and absolutely no one was available or she was not old enough for them to help. We walked into Aspen Dental and the staff was quick to help - as I filled out forms, they were discussing with the doctor and took her in right away. Dr Wilbur was very nice and explained her observations and made her recommendations. As a mom to a teen daughter who is self conscious about her self image, I asked if they could help her that same day - and right away Dr Wilbur said no problem. The team walked me through the process with my insurance and my daughter got her self confidence back when her teeth were fixed. A HUGE thank you to Dr Wilbur and Malachi for staying late to make my little girl feel whole again. This location truly went above and beyond for the patient!

So far I have had a Great experience💯🖤🖤🖤Everyone was nice,professional and knowledgeable🖤🖤 Update. I had a filling and two wisdom teeth pulled and I’m telling you I received the same treatment as when I first walked through the door. This office is amazing.💯 They are so personable and it definitely helps you to relax for the dental work. I am now going back for the clear aligners. According to the wonderful team I am about 11 months from having the smile of my dreams. Thanks to this wonderful team. 🖤💯

Dentist visits have always been experiences I do everything in my power to avoid. No longer will that be true! I just had the most productive and pleasant experience on my visit to Aspen Dental, specifically the southside blvd location in Jacksonville Florida. Their professional treatment and care for my wellbeing was something I haven’t felt since my mother passed. I look forward to my next visit and I love the way my teeth look!

I cannot say enough good things about this office! Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been so kind, welcoming, and has made my anxiety around the dental work nearly disappear. Malachi, the dental assistant who brought me back for my initial appointment and took my X-rays, is one of the most cheerful people I’ve ever met and immediately set the tone for the rest of my initial visit. Chloe, the operations manager, made the financial aspect of the work I need done easy to understand, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating with any concerns I had, and overall made the least fun part of dental work (the insurance and payment process) as painless and efficient as possible. Miri, the hygienist, was quick and efficient at my initial visit assessing my gum health, and my second visit for my deep cleaning was great. She gave me recommendations for maintaining my gums and my teeth have never felt so clean! Finally, Dr. Wilbur was no exception to how amazing the rest of the staff is. She was kind, funny, extremely personable, and went quickly through my initial visit to determine what I need done without me feeling rushed. She gave me options, explained everything thoroughly, and left me feeling comfortable to get any and all work done by her and her team. As someone who switches dentists relatively frequently due to anxiety around dental work and not great experiences in many places I’ve been a patient at, I HIGHLY recommend this office!
